Do any of you guys know the PA percentage yield in Solgar Lecithin Granules vs Fearn Lecithin Granules? Solgar is all the store has in stock right now and I'm almost out of Fearn.

All granuals including Fearn's have between 4-7% PA. None of them test specifically for PA content and list only a "guesstimate" based on average PA content found in all granuals.

If you can hang tight till Friday, OL has an Insider offer for our new product Tr1umph which contains a VERIFIED 913mg of PA per serving PLUS around 10 other ergogenic, mTOR and MPS activating ingredients.

Oh, and it tastes a whole heck of a lot better than soy granuals : )

Thanks for the reply! I've been really enjoying lecithin a lot. But I'm definitely interested in trying a concentrated shop as well. Is it going to be as cost effective as SL?

Also if anyone knows the answer to fearn vs Solgar SL please chime in.

I don't think anyone has answered because no one including the company knows.

It is between 4-7%.

Go with Tr1umph which has a guaranteed minimum PA content : )
