Eat Santa, EAT! Performax SlinMax

Last few days I have been feeling really good. Cals have been a bit lower in prep for some holiday splurges but overall gym time has been on par. Still not seeing any negatives but no real pumps or fullness either. Still pretty vascular though.

So far I would say no, it has not lived up to my hopes. While i have seen some vascularity increases even after heavy carb meals and even a whole weekend there was no noticeable increase in fullness, no pumps in the gym. As I've gone along it has seemed to get somewhat better in terms of bloating reduction post large meals but to an extent this has been partially due to some of my meals getting smaller as well.

AP is my current best for pumps and fullness
Recompadrol for large carb meals and cheats
Glycophase for general use (tho I don't dose constantly too often.

Have you ever used Burn24? I heard Burn24 is better for fat loss goals, so it seems to be a bit different than SlinMax, but can you compare the two?

Yea thats pretty odd your noticing the vascularity but not fullness, those two should go hand in hand! I know it seems to be working quite well for JDG but everyone is different

I have noticed the last few times I have dosed the Slinmax with carbs, I get that 'full, tight' feeling in my muscles within a half hour to an hour after eating. Anyone else using Slinmax notice it?

I haven't. I have two bottles laying around that I'll prob run on my spring cut.

Ya that's exactly the feel I was looking for but to no avail. I'm surprised as well to see the vascularity and no pump as even for me (unless sub 10%) vascularity goes hand in hand. This is unique for sure.

AP for instance literally makes me look 10lb heavier and fills me out like crazy in just one dose after a couple low carb days.

Ugly sweater swag tonight.

Getting some carbs back in me tonight. Had some stuffed chicken breast, stuffed shells, and now some cookies and brownies... Let's hope this SlinMax does me proud tonight!

Power pull day today with a few drop sets at the end. Had a bit better of a pump than I have recently which is a good sign. Only downside was I did have some bloating from last night which was very disappointing considering I really didn't go crazy or anything on the carbs. Maybe 200g Max. Prob less in reality.

Mixed bag Of results today. Better pump, especially on a power day, but still bloating and poor reaction to carbs.

We're your mixed bag of results salted? It may be the reason that your bloated

So the rest of this bottle should be carbs daily. Around the holidays it's unavoidable, especially considering that I'm staying with family. For the most par I'll be trying to keep them under 150-200g daily with the exception of Xmas eve/day.

Good luck with that, but I believe in you. If you have a job where you work with others it's harder bc everyone is bringing in treats and shoving them in your face constantly.

Really surprised to read about the bloating. I know bloating is never an issue for me. It seems like it isn't a problem for others either. Goes to show ya what works for some may not work for all.

Well I'm off work til after New Years so no issue there. Plus I'm a traveling consultant anyways so I'm never invited to anyone's parties since I'm like a mercenary ha.

It'll be harder eating at my parents and friends houses when I'm home. As I don't have control over what they cook. Lots of "secret" meals in the car

Very true. I'm always a bad carb bloater, especially when cycling them. It seems like regularity actually helps the bloating which is odd. I have a weird body ha

Nah I think I'm the same way actually. We Bloat Brothers now.

Last couple days have been very busy trying to get all my Xmas shopping done. Of course, workouts have come first tho but food has been kind of an "as available" commodity. Carbs have been lower and bloat is definitely way down if at all. Even with a little extra carbs last night I've been really feeling great in the gym. Strength and endurance have both been up, and I attribute this partially to good rest. Lots of sleep has been key.

Today I had my first real good pump on a power pull day no less. Carbs were nothing special last night so this was especially good for me.

A quick pic of the vascularity that was still present 40min post workout, fasted, and after sauna and shower: Invalid Link Removed pretty solid considering how long after.

Very interesting development this morning... Had literally zero carbs minus the incidentals in a few almonds and a little salad last night... Went to the gym this morning for push power and veins were popping! Easily the best pump and vascularity (probably triple what's in the pic above) I've had I months. Not sure of the reason but it was great. I had dosed my normal 2 caps pre and really felt good.

I have just two days worth left (not counting today) as I'll be having some pretty sizable meals tonight and tomorrow so I'll be doing two caps upon waking, 2 upon sleep, and 3-4 throughout the day with meals. This seems to be the best dosing for most gda's for me so we will see how it goes.

Final review around the end of the week or Monday.

Merry Christmas everyone! Get those cookie gains!

At first I wondered why the hell you included a pic of Broccoli along with your holiday treats, I was very confused and ignored it, then I remembered someone saying you loved Broccoli, and now it all makes sense.

How dare you SNEAK in something so healthy with the holiday foodporn! For shame.

Haha I didn't dare eat any of it! Well at least. It the natural kind... My gf gave me some dried broccoli that was basically the equivalent of fried broccoli calorie wise ha

Woke up this morning with just a little bloating. Overall feeling pretty good considering all the food and cookies that were eaten the night before.

Went to the gym and played some wallyball before my workout and had the oddest thing happen... Part way into the first game I just became crazy nauseous and ended up throwing up a whole bunch of food from the night before between games. Felt totally fine after that so just a very odd thing.

Legs hyper followed that and I was surprised how easy most of the weight felt after that incident earlier, no food yet today, and having run around for two hours prior. Pump was really non existent though and at this point I have just accepted that this is not going to happen for me.

Tomorrow will be my final dose (am/pre only) so I will review overall on Monday.

Bloat has settled and everything is back to normal for me. Final review in the next post.

Performax SlinMax FINAL REVIEW:

Over the last month (just under) I have dosed the a wide variety of ways and with a wide variety of meal timings, macro breakdowns, and pretty much anything else you can try.

Pump- this was the one area I was most disappointed. I say this to be taken with a grain of salt as I've been having trouble achieving a great pump as of late, but had high hopes this would help. Regardless of the timing, carb consumption, etc there was little to no noticeable increase in pumps while taking this. 1/10

Bloat reduction- another key area for me and this was just ok. I did have some bloat reduction during some of my "blowout" or "cheat" meals but it was not always to the extent that I wanted and also seemed to take awhile to kick in as the first few weeks this was even less useful. By the end things had improved though so I would say that continued dosing is necessary to help here. 6/10

Fullness- this was once again non existent. At no point during the dosing did I look or feel "fuller" or "tighter". There was some noticeable increased vascularity (both in and out of the gym) which was surprising due to the lack of fullness. 5/10

Nutrient partitioning- over the last few weeks weight and body comp seem to have stayed right about where they were. There have been a few cheat days and even a weekend in there but overall calories have been pretty controlled. This may have had some impact on helping to maintain, but I have to credit most of this to the diet on the "In between" days. There is certainly no improvement in body comp. 5/10

Sides/negatives- even when dosing fasted and not eating for 12+ hours on a few occasions I never had any signs of low blood sugar. There were no negatives however which was a plus here. No diarrhea or anything like that that is often present in these types of supps. Only other noticeable effect was the stinky urine from the na-r-ala.

Overall- I have ranked my top 3 previous gda's as such: 1) recompadrol- best overall, great bloat reduction and decent pumps and fullness 2) AP- average bloat reduction, insane pumps and fullness 3) glycophase- decent bloat reduction, average pumps, limited fullness.

With that said, I would rank SlinMax right about equal with glycophase. For me, it was just ok. Much of what I had hoped to see came on slowly and some things never showed at all. The biggest issue that I had with this was the fact that many of the effects seemed to only come on after a longer period of dosing. As someone who issues gda's more for their acute effects, this is no good for me. For a longer term bulk or cut, this could work but the long term seemed necessary to truly benefit. With that said, this becomes a less cost effective supplement when compared to others that can be doses more acutely. Personally I would only choose this if I were planning to run it daily and over a longer (6+weeks) term. I had hoped to find the replacement for my current recompadrol, but would not consider this good enough to swap 1:1. There would need to be a more acute usefulness for it to make that claim. Overall rating 5/10.

Thanks to the guys at Performax labs for the opportunity to give this a shot!
