Cycle support

I have been trying Rich Piana's 5% Liver and Organ defender. It burns the **** out of my throat all the way down after I take the dose for about 10 minutes. Is that due to NAC or something?

Anyone else have that problem with? I've never had a cycle support supplement before so nothing to compare it to.

I'll probably get N2Guard next.

I actually like multiple threads. It helps index them better for people searching for specific answers.

Because then the topics get all muddled up. Sorry if it's annoying.

I just thought it might benefit you more. Sounds like you are planning a cycle or running a cycle now. If you had everything in one place than you could get all your answers in that one place. It might be easier for you that way too. No need to apologize.

Don't bother with either of those. Get a cycle support with Tudca.

Agreed with skipping those two. Cel cycle assist and tudca are about the most cost effective and useful out there

Best 2 products to cover most bases.

Also get some Fish Oils and Co Q10 too.

I have been using CoQ10. But is there scientific evidence anyone has seen that shows it actually helps?

Update on cycle. I have had really my first side effects other than the lethargy. And that is acne. Worst back acne I've seen since high school. And maybe worse than that. Pimples and white heads on my face popping up everyday. This part is not enjoyable. But am making big gains.

That is not normal for anything you take, unless it is bulk powder. IMO, the supports needed,

Liver: 500mg udca or tudca, 600mg NAC 2x daily
Kidney: 2.5g bulk cordyceps twice daily
Heart:
-Terminalia Arjuna to keep the left ventricle strong: 500mg Twice Daily
-Potassium Nitrate: 300mg 2-4x daily for peripheral vasodilation to reduce blood pressure and workload
-L-Theanine: 200mg 2x daily to relax the heart to reduce blood pressure and workload

Those are my staples in addition to zinc & magnesium. Fish Oil of course. IMO.. steroids hit the heart the hardest.. I protect that and take that the most serious.
