Got mine in the mail just now! Will get this started on Monday! Cherry limeade FTW. Just to be clear, one scoop And 4 pills PWO will be my dosing, anything else I should do/be aware of? Hoping the stimul8 helps me drop some lb's!

Yeah, I would. I only use 3/4 and sweat my butt off. Everyone who has said that STIMUL8 is too strong to use has started with a full serving or more. I'd hate for you to overuse and start off not liking it.

It is wise to start with 1/2 a scoop, for tolerance reasons. Just to guage how you feel. A lot of guys, do not go beyond 1/2 - 3/4 of a scoop.

Do not do a full scoop lolololol warning !!!
 
If you have never used Stimul8 and use a full scoop to start, have 911 on speed dial or be ready to do a marathon workout and change clothes 3 or 4 times!
 
43 years old I have played roller derby for 2 years started weight training 3 months I would like to lose 30 lbs and gain more strength all over. I take a note book to the gym with me to log my progress, our coach logs our speed and laps when we skate and I can update my log daily
