According to this:
Normal levels of AST and ALT may slightly vary depending on the individual laboratory's reference values. Typically the range for normal AST is reported between 10 to 40 units per liter and ALT between 7 to 56 units per liter. Mild elevations are generally considered to be 2-3 times higher than the normal range.

I had very mild elevations.
I think it wasn't 100 over the range like I said, it was like 117 on ALT and the AST was a couple points over.

If I remember right, LGD put me out of normal range, and this was prior to cycling in trest.

Id be prepared for a worse case scenario whenever you run a compound you havent previously.

I've run LGD and ostarine before for 9 weeks, did not get labs after bc I "felt fine" as they say. Haven't had any complications, doesn't mean nothing is wrong. Aiming to gets bloods after this cycle, I'm 2 weeks and 1 day in. I think this LGD might be more powerful than the RC I used. That cycle turned out great though regardless.

Did you lift the day before this test?
I also recommend to include Gamma-GT to gauge -actual- liver stress.

I don't think so, but I am using Valerian root pretty regularly and just read that it can stress the liver too. My results are further convoluted lulz

I'm still getting TUDCA and NAC, but also trying to look into naringin for the hemoglobin and HCT. It's not at my normal stores I purchase from though.

Can't wait for an OL 1-andro! Definitely going to try it with the epiandro next time because the lethargy hits me hard and 4 andro just doesn't cut it for me personally. By far my favorite ph though.

Target hormone is nandrolone after a 2 step conversion, OL will be releasing this sooner or later.
 
I've been wanting to try 19-nor-dhea for some time. I can't ever find it at a decent price and its usually dosed worse than IML stuff, which is just pathetic. I've read its a fairly expensive raw too, but I don't know how true that is.
 
Anyone else use Andro the giant ? I was very happy with it on my first cycle as a base! Going to be using it again in a few weeks

I was looking into that as well but it was just very expensive the 4 andro made more sense for me

Its pretty low because of the 2 step conversion, this is why large doses are needed for all of the dhea isomers.

Our first release will be 1,4 andro and epiandro which will drop right after Christmas. 19 nor dhea and a few other suprised will be right behind these.

Sorry, 1 andro and 4 andro. There will be a delivery system included but doses will still be much more substantial than any of our competitors.

I just read their page - while they mention trans-dermal application, they don't give any data on how nano-particulation compares.... they only compare it to methyl-cellulose oral ingestion. Wonder how much better than TD it really is?

They say better than transdermal, yet they offer nothing to prove it. That's all I was saying. It's like transdermal was a throw away.
