New Pre-Workout, What is your ideal Pre-workout.

My opinion 5150 u wont be disappointed... WONT MAKE U A 5%ER BUT U WILL BE IN THE GYM KILLIN **** LOL!!!!!

Best is buying the pure bulk powders and mixing your own up.I mix taurine,citrulline, beta Alanine, creatine and DAA along with putting a little powder DHEA under my tongue. I get intense focus and incredible pumps. I feel like I just want to keep lifting, have to actually make myself leave the gym and the pumps feel skin bursting.

Yeah I know a ton of people just use homemade concoctions, it's more cost effective as well, I'm just lazy lol.

A guy I know who has been lifting longer than I have asked if it's cheaper than paying for preformulated stuff...I said yeah esp since it lasts alot longer and you know exactly what's in...nothing but what you what in it.
