Donald Trump running for president

I'm on my phone and missed like three pages of this.
But yes. I know a few people with guns that make me say "you're the reason people are trying to ban guns"

Trump seems like he is a fish out of water in regards to actual politics and foreign policy. If he were to win, I would think those in his cabinet or other republicans would love having a president who didn't come up with a political background.

They can mold and shape him to what they want, and even perhaps convince him to do things that would further their best interests that perhaps someone with a political background wouldn't fall for.

I'm not saying he's dumb, but he may be blind to certain back door politics that go on.

Federal background check is the standard. You can get AR15's in many calibers. You can get a high cap Ruger Mini in the same caliber as an AR15, but no one considers them on a banned list. You can get handguns that take 30 round magazines. The VT shooter had a bag full of 10 round magazines. You can get handguns "high powered" calibers.

Maybe I don't understand why it's so hard to stay out of jail or prison. The reason you can't buy a gun is different than your desire to limit what kind of gun others can buy. I don't understand either.

Exactly what I mean....acceptance of of government implementing guilty until proven innocent policies equals fail for 300 million.

Keep in mind, government considers Constitutionalism, Libertarians, Ron Paul supporters, returning vets, nationalistic people who "think" government is infringing on their rights and so on as potential domestic terrorists.

Hard to believe, but just in 2009 for example as a part of Operation Vigilant Eagle returning Veterans are a part of a FBI probe as potential domestic terrorists. But its ok since this was leaked out to the public Janet FatAssapilitano said Im sorry (lol!)

These are the people that get put on terrorist watch lists, then no fly zones and now Obama wants to take their gun rights away with no due process.

What's your input on France right now?

They have a policy against freedom of speech right now after the Paris shootings, no protest / if you speak bad about the government & a cop hears they automatically take you to jail! I think the policy is only "legal" to have for a month but they've already extended it to 3 months and most likely will be longer than that. And France and the U.S are like butt buddies...

Sounds like all out martial law in France.

It makes me think the terrorists won and the French goverment is nothing but a big fail.

I do have to "politically" correct you, LOL..... and Im sure you already thought of this. France and US arent butt buddies....The current regime in Washington is but buddies with the French government. They certainly have alot in common, but I am happy Im here right now in the USA and not in France.

Btw I like your ideology/research and openness about politics. You seem pretty smart in that field, something I've been into for about the past year or 2 as a hobby. Which is quite sad that it kinda has to be a hobby/career to understand what's really going on in the world today; you can't just watch the news and learn because it's full of morons aswell.

Ah thanks, but I dont think Im much smart, but Im just open minded and seek the truth. You have to be willing to face your biggest enemy, which is yourself. When it comes to these issues you can get lock jaw. When you face the fact that everything you have been told over the last 10, 20, 30+ years and all your life may have been a big lie its freaking scary at first. But then what I did was just try to condition my political/life thinking from my heavy emotional rational thought to critical rational thought combined with compassion. I top it off with the theory of not clinging on to anything and permanent true, no need to completely accept or reject anything. What I mean by that is you need to always be ready to correct yourself and change so you eliminate that fear of being wrong and your open yourself to better yourself.

I voted for Obama his first term. It only took me about 5-6 months to realize he lied on just about every campaign promise he made and then thats what woke me up to find out whats really going on. It was only 5-6 months into his Presidency that I went 180 on him and started calling out for his impeachment, but some how people keep supporting him I just dont get it.

Obama was a gift to me.

I dont know if Ill regret this post in 5 minutes, but thats a quick thought, lol

Any chance of that happening here?? If so, marshall law would certainly pave the way for quite a few Constitutional rights to be trampled on. Much easier than putting a few million more on the "No Fly List".

All the have to do is declare martial law and they can go door to door and take everyones guns. Happened during Katrina. Thats why I dont endorse background checks or permits from the Government. It becomes a database.

When they declare martial law there are no 50 states. The country will be divided into 10 regions each controlled out of a governing Fusion Center that over-rides all local state powers including the Governors. Constitution will be suspended in the name of National Security.

Yeah I think they were involved during the Jade Helm operations. Im just freethinking here, I can see how they may implement Wallmart as sub-centers nation wide as they can relay orders around the country locally. I would guess Pentagon (or the underground bunkers in Colorado) to Fusion Centers to Wallmart to who else knows???

Look at the structural design for walmart . Its built to withstand attacks .also they all have a heli pad on the roof that they never use

Hmmm....should check my local ones on google earth see if it comes out.

Im sure they can easily build massive underground bunkers in there too even during the hours of operation. Those people in the scooters shopping around for ham and ice cream would never notice.
 
We just had a new SAMs open up and about 5 miles away one shut down, all the employees moved to the new one and now the old one is stocked with 20+ 18 wheelers, guarded with a barbed wire fence..

Thats a part of it, but the real reason is to balance powers between government (foreign and domestic) and the people. Something Obama thinks (being a constitutional lawyer he lies) was put on there for a "rich tradition of deer hunting."

you have to put yourself in that timeframe, remember the founding fathers had just fought a war of independence. there was reason for them to believe that the new government could become same as the old government. the 2nd amendment was insurance against the new government becoming tyrannical....

lol...I don't think the founding fathers had a clue that 'politician' would become a profession. those men were statesmen who's primary interest was the good of the nation...I also don't think they had lobbyists trying to persuade [bribe] them on how to vote....honestly I feel lobbyists would have been labeled traitors!!!
