I've been thinking a lot about my new Prohromone cycle and it's been an debate depending on if I want to do non methyl or methyl. So I'm thinking of trying this out. I've already ordered 4AD 60 tabs (4 weeks) so I figure I must use it.

Pro halo by dragon nutrition which is a form of halodrol is what I choose to run it with.

Dosing:
Pro halo: 50/75/75/75/75
4Ad: 40/40/40/40

How do y'all feel about this.
 
Halodrol would be a great first cycle, I'd run it for sure. Grab a good cycle support supplement like Lgi Damage Control or Arimicare Pro and you'll be fine, you can add extra nac, milk thistle, or tudca if your really concerned about your liver, but halodrol isn't too bad on your liver tbh

Grab taurine and take 3-5g daily to prevent back pumps, I underestimated them on my last cycle which was Epistane

Sweet thanks for the reply! Is 5 weeks long enough with this dosage and how do you feel about the 4 weeks of 1AD?
 
I don't know much about 4ad unfortunately, maybe someone else can help. But yea 4-6 weeks is good, I'd go for 6 weeks tbh, my cycle of epi was 4 and i wish I bought enough for 6. I'm pretty sure 4ad aromatizes so I'd figure out how to run some arimidex or aromasin along with it so your nips dont flare up lol

I can do a dosage of 50/50/75/75/75 to prolong it if that's better? 4AD actually reduces estrogen spill over bro! No need for arimidex!

5 weeks of Halo is okay. I would dose it so you can go six weeks. Lower dose for longer is better IMO, especially if this is one of your first cycles. 4 ad will be a decent test base if the dose is okay. What is yours dosed at? 40 mg per day is not high enough. You also said 1 ad in another post? Which is it? Start the 4 ad 2nd or 3rd week since you only have 30 day supply. Lethargy shouldn't kick in that soon anyway. The last couple weeks of a methylated cycle are the hardest, so that is where a test base really shines.

4 ad does aromatize but unless your dose is really high it shouldn't be enough to cause problems. By all means have a solid AI on hand like Aromasin but don't use unless needed. I would suggest running Letrone from the jump at 1 cap per day. It would control estrogen and add an anabolic boost.

I would definitely start the test base at week 3 as many people begin to feel shutdown at this point.

I'm just going by what AMS recommends for 4AD dosing. They say take 2 20mg tabs a day. That why I particularly stay with 40mg a day and the reviews on their product is rather good. The bottle of halo drol is 100 caps for 25mg each. How would you dose it to get 6 weeks worth for some good gains?

50/50/50/75/75/75 like jebrook said but run 25mg for the first 5 days

First 5 days at 1 cap, then the rest of the week at 2 caps, 2 caps per days for the next two weeks, and finish out the last 3 weeks at 3 caps per day.
AMS has an absorption system which is supposed to make it more bio available but I don't really find most of those systems to be effective to be honest. Halo is mild enough that you could be just fine with that low test base dose. Time would tell.

Just to open the thread up right quick again? Would there be an issue if I actually start the 4AD at week two of hdrol cycle so I won't have a week of it left over if I did it at week 3?

That would work too, probably better tbh. You could also up the dosage and run it from week three if you want, up to you

Sorry for all the questions my man, just trying to make my first cycle a success. Should I pre load cycle support or just during cycle?

It's fine I like helping m8, preloading is up to you...If you have enough support supplements, I would definitely do it, preloading will only help more

That's what's holding me back right now from buying it. It seems a bit sketchy like to good to be true but reviews are very high. Do you recommend an OTC AI post cycle with nolva?

Otc Ai wont do chit in my opinion...I'd grab aromasin and have it on hand. I'd recommend Damage Control as cycle support

Sweet! Def will check both out! One more thing (possibly lmao) I've been told on here I don't need to split my dose of nolva Im going to do 20/20/10/10! Possibly a 5th week of 10? Which means I can just take it all upon waking up right?

Yea just take it when you want, I did it upon waking.

When I ran mine I did 50mg in the am and 25mg in the pm
 
For the halo just look up the half life and split the doses up properly. I think halo is like 10-12 hours if im not mistaken

Just looked it up, around the 12 hour mark. So it wouldn't really matter when I take? And when I'm taking 25mg for the first 5 days it wouldn't make my body go out of balance after the half life is over? Cause I'm planning to take my first 5 days 1 cap in the morning.
 
This just came to mind, but I would just get rid of the 4ad and run dermacrine or androvar tbh. I don't care for compounds that aromatize and 40mg a day seems like a waste lol. Maybe sell it to a friend breh

Danm really...blew 40 dollars :/ androvar is a bit expensive isn't it? I coulda put it towards dermacrine! Wouldn't dermacrine increase estro because it's dhea? Also if you don't mind my previous question would 25mg of hdrol be ok for the first 5 days even with its half life if I take it in the morning? I know I shouldn't be shut down by then right before I hop on 50mg?

Your fine for those first 5 days haha. That was just my opinion man, you can stick with 4ad if you want. Chances of estro sides are higher with 4ad than epiandrosterone products

^^This is true, but at that dose the risk is very low. I would probably just use what you have for the last 4 weeks of the cycle.

IML Andros are overpriced IMO. Look into Androvar from Hard Rock. Best dosed/value andros around at the moment.

^^^This. Dermacrine would work too. I'm in a similar situation to you lol, i bought a $120 bottle of epistane, trenavar and hexadrone and decided i didnt want to run it so now im trying to sell it.

Would a solo hdrol be ok? I wanted to run a non meythl with it but I can't find a decent cheap one that's not under dosed! :/

Halodrol would work great solo for a first cycle but I'd run a test base with it still. My first cycle was epistane, i ran no test base and had a drop in libido around week 3 due to beig shutdown

I hate to run it by itself :/ androvar looks good just pricey! Any cheap non meythl to run with it for the full 6 weeks?

Are you asking for another compound to run with androvar or just something to add to the hdrol and androvar? You could go with dermacrine

I mean in replacement of androvar or dermacrine because I know dermacrine is a foam and I'm not to sure if I want to get that yet!
