Speed demon, eh? Buddy has a 700hp built z06 and we took it for a walk yesterday....not sure how we didn't get pegged but the cops around STL practically had cars lined up on the shoulder. Holidays are the worst for that here.

I don't typically speed, but on the interstate it's hard not to, IMO.

"Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I believe you originally emailed our Marketing Director, Elizabeth, then our website, so it took a little bit for this to make its' way to me. I apologize for the delay. To answer your question regarding what you were told by a Trainer at the gym, yes, this is our Corporate policy to not allow photography or video inside of the gyms. Our official policy regarding this on our website and posted at the club is:

-No photographic equipment of any kind is allowed in the gym without prior permission/ approval from Bailey's Marketing Department. This includes the use of cell phones to take photographs.

As you stated, Florida and Federal statutes do allow private facilities to prohibit use of photographic equipment inside of their establishment. Obviously, in this day and age with so many people utilizing cell phones for photography and video, it is very hard to police this, however we do try to enforce this policy to the best of our ability. We have allowed several members to utilize a room that no one else is using to practice posing and record their posing for coaches, but this was/should be done with prior approval from management. On the gym floor it is almost impossible to take a photograph or video without capturing someone else in the background. This presents several problems, but the prevailing issue is that the person in the background did not give you permission to take their picture/video, and if this picture/video is posted online (which most are these days), it can result in a potential law suit for us. Our members expect a certain level of privacy within our facilities, and if were to allow anyone and everyone to take videos in the gym, we would not be upholding that expectation."

They could boot me because it's against their club policy, but couldn't press charges. I'll be doing it anyway. When the sole snitch comes in I'll just put it away or be sneakier.

Yeah people go super retarded over Black Friday. **** some people stand in line for hours on thanksgiving to get a couple bucks off something. Can't lie I went out this morning not till like 8 though and was out of the mall before 10. 50% off like every where this year, I'll take it.
 
There are some great deals out there. Certainly nothing wrong with adjusting sleep time to save some money. The comment just kinda fit with the convo we had the other day about people saying they don't have time to train.

I get paid better than most office jobs that are entry level FWIW. And at least with the company I'm with now the prospects for promotion are good. Within 5 years (if you're competent) your income will be doubled. But I hear ya. It's go go go. Probably walked a half marathon yesterday, no joke.

No, standing. The seated press is too awkward without a liftoff.
 
Nice work - way to get it done man. It's not always enticing to go in, but unless I get hurt or something I almost never regret it when the sweat dries.
