SARM vs PH

I just wonder on those who don't have a avi on their profile and complain on certain ph's/sarms and wonder how they look. Lol. I've always wondered this. Cause there way to many people who look the same and always on something and those are def not the ones you want to take advice from. Lol just had to say it

Looks have nothing to do with it. I don't take advice from anyone on the internet. I figure things out for myself or research things on my own and specifically exclude things on internet message boards. Doesn't matter how pretty you are. I just don't care. Knowledge doesn't have any bearing on looks.
 
All I know is epiandro brought huge increases in strength, I lost a lot of water retention, and vascularity increased.

Exactly. It's also safe to say that many people look the way they do IN SPITE of their knowledge regarding PH/DS/AAS, nutrition, training, etc.

Ex someone uses numerous supps and have ran numerous ph's but looks the same is someone who either doesn't train right, doesn't eat right, and a lot more.
 
I don't know about that. These 2 step dhea based ph products are a bit of a joke. Only DHEA product I'd use is Dermacrine, because at least it knows what it is...I don't expect "da gainz" on it, but it boosts my mood enough to be worth it.

Well 1dhea is really a 1 step ph to 1androdiol which is active on its own and needs no conversion for anabolic activity. I have used large doses as kicker for test cyp and it's beyond amazing the gains are incredible for a non methyl non toxic ph. And epiandro is on part with masteron at higher dosages **** gets me grainy as fukck. I've taken every type of ph orals oils etc and these dhea phs have there pkace for sure
 
But then again just bcuz I say ostarine sukks doesn't mean someone shud take my word for it I heard people say back in the day epistane was trash and I think it's a little bit of heaven :)

Yea like trainers that know a lot but don't do it. I understand where you all are coming from btw T-Bone don't take anything personal, I'm sure they aren't talking about you.

Personal trainers that are out of shape piss me off though. They just plain bother me. Very few at my gym are in decent shape and the ones who are are just average. There's actually one trainer at my gym who is pretty fat and shaped just like a pear. I realize most everyday gym goers have different goals than I do but I just can't understand why someone would want to train with someone who looks like a bag of crap. If they practiced what they preached I might take them more seriously.

Rant over- FYI I have absolutely nothing against people who are out of shape, just trainers because they're hypocrites

No it's not. Maybe if they are training just to look pretty, yeah sure. Even then though, it doesn't matter much. People can have the knowledge and not apply it. If I followed everything I knew perfectly to a T I'd be a lot stronger than I am. I don't though because I'm human. I can't speak for half humans. I don't necessarily remember everything I learn though. Let me ask you this, if you go to a restaurant and the cook/chef is skinny, do you walk out?. I mean how could cook that well if he hardly eats?.

Lmao! Geez. Training is to look and feel good. IMO I don't know who trains not to have some type of muscles, ESPECIALLY what I was referring too. Those who "always" take something. I doubt they not trying to look good

What I meant is if someone who always hits the gym and is always on something and doesn't ever change and always looks the same there's no way I will trust his judgement on what works or what doesn't.

Lol my buddy has been on the juice for 2 years straight and has barely added any noticeable mass, and I know it's because he's afraid to eat a little bit of food and possibly lose his abs (which wouldn't happen), but he always tries to give me advice and I just can't bring myself to follow it without some additional research of my own. Someone who hasn't come off of gear for 2 years and is smaller than me is someone I probably shouldn't really listen to.

I was just trying to stir things up. Good to get a thread going sometimes, makes things interesting. Yes understand your point. Makes sense. Those people you are talking about are probably the same people posting pictures of their stash...And when they see anything new come out post stupid memes saying "Take my money". Those kids are what keep supplement companies in business. I'm happy I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars a month on supplements.

Perfectly said lol. I agree and of course we're not bashing anyone. But it's true, and sad cause they rely on supps 90% of the time and not everything else and spend soooo much money.

You have to walk the walk in the bodybuilding world. But... lots of good physiques out there that don't knw a thing. Goes both ways.

If you possess both knowledge, hard work and talent then you get a Mr. Olympia contender :)
 
Back to the topic, sarms are amazing if you know how to use it right. Ostarine is my wonder drug on a cut.

Bulking, that's a different story
 
I'm on the end of a LGD / Hdrol cycle now - best I ever ran for a bulk by far. Been eating like a crazy horse, working out 9-11 hours intense per week. Gained some fat initially, but all in all I am up 18 lbs, of which 12 lbs lean mass.
 
Would ostarine be the best addition to a cut or do sarms take away any benefit from the phs id be running along with it? Yk-11 rad?

Just curious, why you want to run PH on a cut? Use something less harsh on your cutting phase and focus on building mass with PH's. Just my two cents but I think building mass is lot more difficult than getting shredded. Or why there's load of shredded guys but no massive muscular dudes? And also, after you've gained more muscle the fat loss process is easier when your body burns more calories and so on.

Ive been cutting about 3 months working on 4 and constantly have to keep switching things up to keep the results, for me i can bulk well with a good nutrient partioner and natty supps no problem but i can see myself benefiting from a ph on cut, more of a recomp though with higher carbs low fat

I've done plenty of research and no I ordered it online. I will not recommend some halfassed product that has barely any research behind it. Get something that works aka a ph

I've personally researched ostarine on myself multiple times now and there's a reason I stocked up on about 3.6 grams of it for various future cycles.
I wouldn't want you to recommend something you've never tried either.
