Looking for a two month bulk stack

Trying to start something in December and end in February to take a break. Been doing some reading as I haven't been taking anything for awhile other than protein and fish oil.
I have found 4 supps I see in a lot of common posts about this subject.

Epic Unleashed
AnaBeta Elite
ArA
AlphaMax

I will be eating probably 100-300 calories over my maintenance level. Is there any combos of these products that work better than others for 8 weeks or so. Or is there any combo that say, works good to start out for a few weeks then continue with another combo for later on?

Looking for anyone who has ran these products for some insight.

I'm currently using ABE and epic unleashed together. They are the supps I use for my winter bulk. ABE makes my appetite increase so I put on good weight when running it. I used it with my pre and post workout meals and take epic unleashed pwo.
 
I would look into Alphamax + either of those 3 others as they are all very effective supplements! Alphamax will cover you in terms of Free Test/Total Test, Estrogen and Cortisol control with a full dose of Forskolin-95+. The other products would be considered 'Natural Anabolics' and work through completely seperate pathways with one being ARA creating a inflamatory response, EPIC being a myostatin inhibitor and ABE a general natural anabolic!

All three stacks have gotten tons of positive feedback so I would simply decide if your more interested in Epi,ARA or ABE and go from there!
 
I've personally ran AlphaMax and ArA twice. I loved the combo both times. A small increase in weight, but somewhat big bump in strength. Pumps are great with ArA as well. I have ran an (-)epi product in the past, but not stacked with anything, I enjoyed that product. I have read people stacking ABE and AlphaMax, but do not have experience with it.

You cannot go wrong with any of those stacks. AlphaMax is a favorite of mine when eating at a small surplus. Makes me look very lean and seems like no fat or minimal fat is put on.

Ok sounds good. Would it be beneficial to maybe overlap these 4 items...? Say ArA and ABE for 4 weeks then 2 weeks into add alpha max and epic then run that for a total of 4 weeks which would be 6 weeks total. Is that overkill? Or maybe run one set 4 and right after the next set for 4 weeks.

Not overkill, but probably diminishing returns. I'd save EU for a cut, I'm using in a bulk rn and wish I had saved for a cut.

Cool. Thanks for that info. I have ran X factor in the past but I must not have been eating properly because it doesn't seem to do much. I have since then straightened out my diet and I feel another go with this molecule might be beneficial.

Also when you say 50 workout days do you only use it when working out? I remember I took it everyday I think. And also haven't used it for a full 50 days ever, either.

Yes you take 1-2g on an empty stomach before your workout. Did you take GMS and ALCAR with it too? You can use soy lecithin granules instead of GMS.

What did your dosing and cycle look like ?

Nope I used it standalone and mainly just followed the instructions on the bottle. I forget exactly what they were.

Definitely want to take GMS and ALCAR with your ArA. They aren't required, but highly beneficial. Only take it on the days you work out and on an empty stomach. If you eat prior to working out, take them at the gym after you have warmed up.
 
Sorry I'm out of the loop on some of the abbreviations. ALCAR- carnitine? GMS - glycerol monostrearate

And what doses are we talking about too?
 
2g of ALCAR or other carnitine salt and 3-6g of GMS. I typically use soy lecithin bc i want the PA. The GMS/SL emulsifies the ArA. Hydromax and concentratdwd Phosphatidic acid (PA) won't work
 
Multiply your bodyweight by 20 to get the amount of calories you should consume. 50/30/20 c/p/f. Train heavy. Nothing else needed
