Which is better? Ostarine Research Liquid or Capsules?


I really like the fact that OL is 5mg per capsule. But also like the fact that hard rock supplements ostashred has arimistane but I've heard from users it is a watered down version of osta. Heard really good reviews on OL

Use whatever source has the best reviews, some liquid research companies have legit osta. But I don't think you'll find the flexibility dosing of OL's osta. They also have a 360ct bottle if I'm correct. Which is enough for like 2 cycles at least lol (18 weeks of 25mgs)
