tunnel carpal and mk677

Hi im running mk677 at 30mg day , stopped 3 day ago , i have pretty sore tunnel carpal side effect is this temporary or It will be worse?
tingling in hands at night and now evenin the day.
Some advice how to stop this numb in hand?

Im currently on 40mg of ghar1ne with 200mcg of huperzine A.This is my fourth month on it. Sleep,skin,recovery are definetly improved a lot

Pain is possibly from water retention / pressure.

Reduce sodium and increase potassium.

Also, numb/tingling hands is a known side effect of growth hormone. So at least you know the MK is doing what it's supposed to.
