Msten/Diabolix/Trest Cycle (Unsponsored)

When I do the stair master it's 15 sec on and 45 sec off. But that's a pure love/hate relationship

DAY 13:

DAY 14:

Off day today. Much needed due to the past two days of double workouts. Overall I feel great. Feeling very full. Can't wait for my weigh in tomorrow.

**Work Hard and NEVER Give Up!

DAY 15:

Weighed in this morning at 205 lbs. That's +5 lbs in a week. Total weight gained in 2 weeks is 8 lbs. My diet yesterday took a horrible hit due to me being stressed out about the break up of my girlfriend and I earlier in the day. Since I couldn't go to the gym because of working, I pretty much ate an absurd amount of food. All sugary/processed crap. It was bad, if I had to guess I would say around 7,000 calories. That's probably one of the major reasons why I was a little heavier this morning. Also, I was retaining A LOT of water. No worries back on track. It was probably for the best. Conflicting lifestyles and she never knew about the "supplement" part of my life. Its hard to live this lifestyle, and keep it hidden, when you know the other person would not accept it. Moving on, as planned, I raised my dosage of Msten from 20 mg to 30 mg. I'm feeling great with the Trest. So as previously discussed I raised my dosage from 75 mg to 100 mg. I will now be taking 50 mg of oral Trest preworkout.

Chest/Back:

A. Incline DB Press: 6 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 10, 12, 14
B1. Machine Incline Chest Press: 4 sets of 15, 12, 9, 9 w/ DS
B2. Incline DB Fly: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 w/ DS
C1. Hammer Strength Incline Press: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 w/ DS
C2. Machine Pec Deck: 4 sets of 15, 12, 9, 9 w/ DS
D. Machine Chest Press (Neutral Grip): 4 sets of 12, 10, 8 w/ DS, 12
E. Push-Ups: 2 sets to Failure
F. Machine Pull-Down (Wide Grip): 5 sets of 10, 10, 8, 8, 6 w/ DS
G. Pull-Ups (Under Hand Grip): 3 sets to Failure
H. Machine Pull-Down (Neutral Grip): 4 sets of 15, 12, 9, 15

10 minutes of HIIT cardio postworkout on the tread mill

Workout Notes: Whoa, Holy Crap!! 50 mg of Oral Trest preworkout is sweet. I took it approx. 15 minutes prior and really felt it about 30 minutes into my workout. I think I'll take it a little earlier so its in my system as soon as I start working out. I was really strong this session. I was up about 10-15 lbs. on all my lifts. I was super swole and pumped after warming up.

**Work Hard and NEVER Give Up!

Oh man I can't wait for that 50mg PWO!!!

Definitely is tough trying to hide the cycling. Just gotta find the right one that understands you and accepts it as just something that you do. And is open to actually listen about it rather than judge based on bs info that is out there.

Exactly bro. The lifestyle that it demands. Plus me having my daughter, and she does not have kids, did not understand the commitment, priority and precedent for my daughter. I've come to realize that I just need to find a woman that is as much into fitness as I am

DAY: 16

Quads/Hamstrings:

A. Leg Press: 5 sets of 25, 20, 15, 10, 10 w/ Quadruple DS
B. Machine Squats (Shoulder width stance): 4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10 w/ DS
C. Reverse Hack Squat (Narrow stance): 4 sets of 14, 12, 10, 10
D. Leg Extensions: 6 sets of 10, 10, 8, 6 w/ DS, 15, 20
E. Smith Machine Squats (Narrow stance): 4 sets of 15, 10, 10, 15
F1. Machine Lying Leg Curls: 6 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10, 15, 20
F2. Bodyweight Hamstring Raises: 6 sets to Failure

10 minutes of HIIT cardio post-workout on the stair master.

Notes: Took my 50 mg of Oral Trest approx. 30 minutes pre-workout and that was the spot. Felt like a boss. Started to get some insane back pumps during my machine squats. Still was able to push through the workout. Just dug down deep and pulled the motivation out from the past few days. Dosed 2 scoops of Taurine before work and I was good to go.

**Work Hard and NEVER Give Up!

DAY 18:

Off day from the gym. Woke up this morning feeling great. Mood is high, energy is high and libido is the same. Overall, the cycle is going great. I work today. Gotta love that triple time holiday pay. So no Thanksgiving feasts for me. No worries, I'm used to it. Two deployments to Iraq, so I know what it's like to miss holidays. Plus, this is my ex wife's holiday with my daughter. So there really isn't anyone to spend the day with. So, it's all about relaxing before work. Stress free.

To all my fellow iron addicts, Happy Thanksgiving

Thanks buddy. Back at you. Stay safe out there.

Lol. Still here bro. When I'm away from work, it's hard to do updates. It's too tedious for me to do updates on my cell phone. Back to work tonight. Will have major updates

Lol. Still here bro. When I'm away from work, it's hard to do updates. It's too tedious for me to do updates on my cell phone. Back to work tonight. Will have major updates

So what you're saying is you have another life away from AM? That makes sense LOL

DAY 24:

Whats going on iron addicts. Sorry for the lack of updates. Was off from work for 5 days. I tend to save up my time off from work to use it during this time of the year to spend with my daughter and visit my brother in Pittsburgh. I can't stand to do updates on my phone. Too much effort and I would probably flip out with frustration. Woke up Monday, 11/30/15, at 210 lbs. that +5 lbs from last week. A total of 13 lbs. so far. I am holding a fair amount of water due to the holiday eating that I indulged in over the weekend. No worries at all because I don't get bent out of shape on losing my abs. Its all about making progress, and with progress, comes with putting on some bodyfat. Plus I'm a huge advocate on enjoying yourself with friends and family during the holidays. Because at the end of the day, our families will remember the memories that we make, and not the muscle we put on or the abs that we have.

Shoulders/Arms:

A. Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 6 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7, 10, 13
B. DB Lateral Raise: 6 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8, 16, 20

D. Cable Front Raise: 3 sets of 14, 11, 8
E. DB Press: 4 sets of 10
F. Cable Face Pulls: 6 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7, 10, 13
G. Reverse Pec Deck: 4 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7
H. BB Shrug: 4 sets of 18, 15, 12, 9
I. DB Shrug: 2 sets of 18, 15
J1. Cable Curls: 4 sets of 20
J2. Rope Pushdowns: 4 sets of 20

K2. Machine Overhead Extension: 4 sets of 20

M. Bodyweight Sissy Squats: 4 sets to failure

Training is going great. Strength is increasing every workout.

So on Monday, which is the start of week 5, I'll be dropping the Msten as planned. With that being said, I'll also be dropping the Trest. My plan is to now harden up with the Diabolix and Epiandro. It will be a better transition into PCT and will help solidify my gains. Making it more dry and not so much water retention. Plus I want to see how Diabolix runs standalone at a higher dosage. There is a method to my madness, lol

**Work Hard and NEVER Give Up!

DAY 27:

Off day today. Having my Army Reserve Christmas party. Ugh, this is going to be dreadful. I absolutely despise forced social gatherings. Hope everyone is having a good weekend

10 Minutes of HIIT Cardio on the treadmill postworkout.

-Feeling great during my workouts and my energy is through the roof. Strength has increased since last week. Did not increase weights, but focused more on Time Under Tension and increased reps.

Bro your arms and chest have fantastic form. I can't believe you're only 211. Look like a 230+ easy.

Thanks bro. I really appreciate. It's funny you say that because a lot of people can't believe I weigh that much. I had to step on the scale when I was visiting my brother in Pittsburgh to prove to him what my weight was, lol.

Agreed, you look a lot heavier than 211. I'm around the same weight and don't look nearly as good.
Also, I have that same GASP tank. Absolutely love it.

DAY 32:

So I woke up this morning very dry, vascular, and full. It appears as though a lot of the water retention from the Trest and Msten has come off. That was my intentions. Now I can focus on staying dry, hard and vascular. Continue to gain and keep all that I've achieved.

Back/Chest:

A. Ez-Bar Row (reverse grip): 5 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7 w/DS, 16
B. Seated Cable Row (neutral grip): 5 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16

D. Corner T-bar Row: 5 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
E. Cable Rope Pullover: 5 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
F. Prone Supported DB Rows: 5 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
G. Reverse Grip Pull-ups : 5 sets of Failure
H. Cable Flys: 3 sets of 15, 12, 9
I. Incline Machine Press:3 sets of 15, 12, 9
J. Machine Chest Press: 3 sets of 15, 12, 9

**Work Hard and NEVER Give Up!

how we doin bro? Been lurking, but dying for updates.

Subbed! I love that volume in your workouts and everyone's gotta admit it works when looking at your gains! Nice work man.

DAY 36:

Sorry for the lack of up dates all. One of the guys at work put in his resignation and I was offered his new rotation. It will be all 1st shift, 6 am to 2 pm, from now on. Had to get use to it, because I do not function at that early in the morning. And also having to deal with human beings in the capacity that I have to, was not appealing at first. But the sacrifices we make for our children. I will now be able to spend every evening with my little girl. Which to me is the best part of it all. So I woke up today at 206 lbs. That's -5 lbs from last week. But I must say that I am extremely dry and vascular. I'm pretty much where I want to be. So it's all about fine tuning the rest of the way. So when I go into PCT I will have very little to no water retention and will be able to hold onto what I've gained. So I felt horrible upon waking this morning. The change in weather and shifts put a huge toll on my body. I felt so weak, almost as though a f'ing train hit me. The thought of having to go into work, and deal with people, was not appealing. But I picked up my skirt, LOL, and trooped on. Throughout the day I was not getting any better, but knew I still had to get my workout in to push some fresh blood and nutrients through my body. I decided my workout was going to be very quick paced and will focus more on time under tension. Really accentuating that squeeze and hold.

So my thoughts on Trest; it is a fabulous compound that I will continue to use. The immediate strength and weight gain is unreal. But for me, and what I do in my profession, it's not conducive to retain that much water weight and have to constantly keep much estro in check. I will continue to run it in the future, but at 75 mg. I mean I stocked up on 6 bottles of OL DermaTrest and 3 bottles of OL Trest. So that's an indication I will continue to use it.

Chest/Back:

A. 60 Degree Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
B. Machine Pec Deck: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
C. 30 Degree Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
D. Incline DB Fly: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
E. Machine Incline Chest Press: 2 set of 20, 15
F. Push-Ups: 2 sets of Failure
G. Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip): 3 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS
H. Lat Pulldown (Reverse Grip): 3 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS
I1. Lat Pulldown (Neutral Grip): 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
I2. Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12, 10, 8

10 Minutes of HIIT Cardio on the treadmill postworkout.

-Did feel a little weak during the workout, but I was still feeling under the weather. But I did sweat my butt off which was good. A lot of my lifts I was 5-15 lbs. weaker than last week. But also, I have to realize that I'm not on Trest anymore. So I will be experiencing a dip in strength. I've been doing this long enough to where I won't let it deter me. I'm still looking extremely full throughout my upper body, while looking leaner.

**Work Hard and NEVER Give Up!

Subbed! I love that volume in your workouts and everyone's gotta admit it works when looking at your gains! Nice work man.

Thanks bro! It's pretty much the only way I know how to train. I've tried so many other ways, but never experienced the results. Plus my body cannot handle the pounding of heavy weights anymore. Age is creeping up on me, LOL.

Just for update and clarification what compounds and doses are you using now?

New avi looks beastly! Keep killing it!

Nice log! Love seeing these Trest cycles. Do you think you'd ever try a cycle with TD Trest but no oral? From what I understand, the oral version converts more readily to estro, so maybe it causes more bloat than the TD. I ran DermaTrest at 50-100 mg and no oral, and didn't have too much water retention, although I did notice the rapid size and weight increase.

Interested to see how the Epiandro finisher treats you.

Thanks bro. My next run of Trest will be all TD. I'm a huge advocate on trying all avenues of approach.

I love using EpiAndro. But have never used it at the end of cycle. Always from the start.

Thanks boss. At first I was stretching my lats in between a set and my buddy said how big I looked. So he told me to do it again so he can take a picture. Pretty much dumb luck. But turned out really cool.
