So I have some major hip dysfunction. When I squat wide or pull sumo I never noticed it (I'm sure its there). But pulling conv made it painfully obvious. So much so my right hamstring felt like it was gonna pull today. I did focus on it and sit my hips evenly but my imbalances still took over some. I doubt it matters how I pull right now. The unilateral work and some post workout stretching have my lower body feeling better then it has since may. I feel I'm on the right track. With the chiro I should be back to smashing PRS soon enough.

Damn. Sorry man . Was it busy when you were in? Try to find someone that practices ART. Iirc you can google art therapists or something like that and it will tell you all practitioners (including chiros) certified in ART.

I was the only person there.

If I can't get my shoulder worked on I'm gonna have to stay squatting high bar. The nerve issues in my right shoulder have deff caused some grip strength loss and low bar flares it up.

Damn. I was gonna try and make an excuse for him of being busy or over scheduling but thats just laziness and not caring then. Like i said, id suggest trying to find someone who is up to date on newer treatment modalities (ART, etc). As that typically shows that they actually care and really want to help their patients..or else they wouldn't of gone out of their way to update their training.

My gf is making me an appointment to see the same guy as her. Does art, and has a massage therapist on staff. My hips feels way better. But I still need my t spine and shoulder worked on. And I won't get that there.
 
Gonna squat high bar for now until I can get my shoulder worked on. It doesn't bother it. My training numbers are low anyways. My grip strength was lower in my right hand (bad shoulder) compared to my left which is smaller, weaker, and has tendonitis lol.

Makes sense. It seems like a lot of chiros are like that (same thing for everyone). The one your gf goes too sounds like it should be a better experience, hopefully. For just an adjustment/stim they are all probably pretty much the same. The rehab/active treatment stuff is what separates the good from the average guy.

That is what I I'm hoping too. I'm glad to hear I'll get the same hips work tho. Deff helped. Thanks for the help bud.

Notes: powder city caffeine did nothing for me today, as it usually does, done giving it chances. There stuff is really hit or miss. Anyways bench was rough, felt like crap. Got it in tho. Will post vids soon. All the rest went super well actually. Even got some bench form issues squared away at the end. I think I was over tucking my "scaps" into extension. This lead to bad core tightness and not being able to use my delts/pecs to press. Fixing this should give e a better press in the long run. Same issue on squats/pulls.

The more on top of my rehab I get the better my lifts get. Just gotta keep up with it all.

Notes: dialing back my lower body volume the rest of this block. I over estimated my mrv, upper is fine. Got some more form work on squats post training. I can do this. Hips felt good. Pulled sumo again. I missed it. I did learn some things from conv and I'll be adding it back in next off season.
 
Due to my squat form issues I'm thinking of stripping my squat and using rpe over percents with technical failure being am rpe 10. Anyone think this would be a good way to rebuild my form or any other suggestions?

Edit: I lowered my training max to something I feel I could hit anytime. This took me removing my ego and being honest with my high bar squat abilities. I then reread some Sam Byrd stuff on squats (bc he's the man). I'm gonna finish this block off with some timed cat work at around 60% to just regroup my form and head, build some conditioning too. Start from ground zero and build back up. Its all I can do. I'll front squat and pull sumo on the other day. So my only goal on this day is to make my squats perfect and balance work.

Edit edit: some other small tweaks too based on how my injuries felt this week. May use buffalo/cg for my heavier work this block to save my pec, felt pretty bad on Friday. One day pull sumo other will be sldl/rdl bc my hips can't take both, and conv based pulling build sumo anyways.

Hip feels great. Now let's keep it that way and get this pec and shoulder back on track 100%.

On that note, if you use a genuine Every-Day-Max, that should be such a moderate percentage of absolute max you can safely work up to it every session, if you desire, and as high as form doesn't break, then do the CAT work for further refining. Or do the CAT first and then work fatigue singles up after til form begins to degrade or to a limit of the EDM of form is perfect. In this way you always only do sexy reps but can see a bit more action as long as you feel good for it and it's moving well.

Just something I thought of really.
 
I remember Brian Shaw talking about how his coach forced him to rebuild his deadlift like that: he was only allowed to work up til he started to break form, then he was done for the day like it or not and had to move onto accessories.

Thanks bud! I'm gonna start slow for a week or two then slowly add to it as I go. Just want to have a day where I'm like "ya, that went great". Haven't had a lower body day like that in months. Or almost any day really.
 
So my bp spikes causes me insomnia. My bp shot up the last few days. This lead to anxiety and insomnia. Glad I know the causes now. No high bp symptoms and I've been sleeping perfect. Go figure.

Other things. No changes to supps/hormones yet things are getting worse. Blood work results will come back soon. Probably need more cabergoline. Also think trest caused all these issues. Never had estrogen or prolactin issues before trest really either. Only if my test dose was to high. May lower to 125mg based on bw to get off my ai. Oily skin, acne, and gyno are gone.

Start my bp meds today. I was avoiding it by using aspirin, coq10, supp for endothelial function, olive leaf, and celeray seed. Plus high dose fish oil and theanine to reduce stress. That's the kitchen sink and the lowest it got was 132/80 with a machine, at the chiro yesterday it went back up to 144/80. Idk why my bp is so bad 24/7 but I'm over dealing with it, kills my lifting. Trest really screwed me over. No high bp in my family either. Before trest it was 120-130/70-80.

Main goal is health.

Stepping up cardio soon also.

On 150mg test, same brand and batch but different vial

Test was 1435 (500 more then previous test at 950)
Free t is so high its not detectable over 50
Prolactin is now 7. So caber worked at .25mg 2xpw. Good to know.
E2 is 44 on .25mg adex 2xpw. (Good to know this brand is the same between batches and that my prolactin is independent of my estrogen. Which makes this easier to treat both).

So now the question to myself is where to go from here. Clearly this brand has good product but no quality control. So I can't rub try with it bc how will I know where my blood levels are? This vial at 150mg tested higher then the first vial at 250mg. Ugh. Would explain the libido changes and weight changes.
 
Fuarkkkk dude. Dat test level doh. I can't even imagine how frustrating it must be to try and keep things stabilized without knowing exactly what you're getting. Only option to mitigate that issue is pharm stuff.

I will be back on legit trt when I start the new job. Only a couple more months of this bs.

Its beyond frustrated at this point. Who cares about gains if I feel like crap all the time?

Thanks to all that have been following along. I hope this has possibly taught you guys about some of the stuff no one talks about behind the scenes with aas use.

My next step is to buy more test, need a few more to hold me over. Stick with this brand or not? Clearly my blood levels will vary to hell.

What was the time period between testing and injection?
