Shirt work with flat feet felt really odd. I'll have to try it out a few more times before j make a real assessment. The blast strap rear fly may be the hardest upper back movement I've ever done. Resisting extension at the chest to maintain proper rib position is hard as hell and the double chin cue really helped.

Today was a bittersweet day. More than likely this log is coming to an end as I've decided to come off cycle after nearly four years. Can I return to "normal" levels after this long? I have no clue, but I can accept if legit TRT is in my future. More of need to get ahold of the psychological aspects and changes than any physical or health issues.
 
This log in specific? Or you logging in general. Considering you've consistently logged your training here longer than the majority of us have even been forum members, it would suck if you went with the latter.

Solid work being put in here. Hope you figure it out. TRT wouldn't be a bad issue if your not to young. I'd hit up a DR. and have them test ya. They might try clomid first. Better then cold turkey after 4yrs. Your going to feel like **** if you do nothing.

Ever read Paul Carters basebuilding ebook?

I only mention it because that could be a solid starting point template wise for you to adjust and be able to make progress still.

Not going to be hitting a lot of heavy lifts, but getting some good volume in on some basic movements and trying to get jacked never hurt anybody.

Just a suggestion from the peanut gallery. I know you'll probably do something much more specific to you, but figured it could be a good starting point to figure out what that something would be.

I've been reading mostly CWS and Isreatel lately and will likely base my training off of CWS' Juggernaut Method. It's pretty straight forward and it's something I'm familiar with as it has many parallels to block. I don't think I've actually read any of Carter's works now that I think about it.

Yup that's the one. I've read positive things about it, but that you may need to sensitize yourself to LH (hcg) first before using.
 
Did some uneventful training the past week. Main highlights were some smooth pulls at 455 on sumo and getting my feet underneath for bench. I might get one more shirted session in there if I can time it right.

Decided to randomly crank up the weight on OHP and see what I could do. I've really been able to open up my lat/supraspinatus/serratus area recently with some band traction and it's made a huge difference in OHP. It almost effortlessly glides into the groove and I'm able to hold my shelf so much better.

Feels like I've finally found my footing on bench again. Actually felt like I was getting really good leg drive and arch was nice and tight. Accessories went well even though I had to cut them short a bit. No biggie.

Kinda getting it back. The major struggle has been bar positioning on my back and subsequent appropriate torso angle. I got used to allowing only a minimal hinge in the torso that going back to a more "traditional" angle has taken some time. I am, however, hitting below parallel and firing off of my PC.

Abbreviated session as I'm cutting back my volume this week to account for the declining levels. I'm also moving my bench day this week and skipping my mid-week lower body day as well. Normal schedule will resume on Sunday. I've also managed to somehow get back up to 215. Enchiladas are more anabolic than I expected.
 
Never underestimate the anabolic power of good food! Lol.

Nice sessions, lately. Seems like you haven't missed a beat.

Housemate makes some bomb ass enchiladas, but we make them with high quality meat and beans. Macros end up being reasonable.

First time I've done some heavyish raw squatting in a long time. They felt really smooth and I popped out of the hole fast. There's some small things I need to work on as far as positioning goes, but that is to be expected.

Nearly passed out locking out the OHP today (was feeling kinda light headed going into the session), but still got the weight up. Was pretty spent after that and did a lot of pump work on smaller muscles. One thing to note that is a first is actual recurring elbow pain during extensions of any kind. Presses are ok, but anything that directly hits the triceps is causing pain. There is some extra upper back tightness, but my guess is from the low bar squatting that I've been doing.

I'm trying to figure out how to de-stress my triceps tendons/elbows as well. So far the only thing that's worked are liniment, not doing anything with my elbows away from my body, and not letting the Tricep stretch as much on the negative.

I kinda felt them on the OHP and that was a first. I'll try liniment and see if I can find a decent sleeve.

High rep band pushdowns/sleeves/icy hot/mobilize shoulder lat tie in. Mine still bugs me tho.

I think there's something with OHP that puts the Tricep at a bad spot. Especially when your shoulders act as poorly as mine do.
