You ever get through that ebook?
I'm about 1/3 of the way through it. Terminology is more in depth than undergrad level books. So far, I'm really digging the material.

What ebook you reading?
Scientific Principles of Strength Training by Israetel, Hoffman, and CWS.
It for sure makes me rethink my training.
Just came across this log now. How's the hip doing? I've got some catching up to do.
Hips are doing good these days. Band traction has been the biggest help in this respect.
What is this you speak of?

Today was a bittersweet day. More than likely this log is coming to an end as I've decided to come off cycle after nearly four years. Can I return to "normal" levels after this long? I have no clue, but I can accept if legit TRT is in my future. More of need to get ahold of the psychological aspects and changes than any physical or health issues.
This log in specific? Or you logging in general. Considering you've consistently logged your training here longer than the majority of us have even been forum members, it would suck if you went with the latter.

I'm sticking around still. Not sure what I'll be doing training wise, but I'll figure it out. This log in specific? Or you logging in general. Libido is just out of control to the point where it has effected my personal life too much. That and the slow personality changes within me from the years of using. What kind of psych issues have you noticed and feel need to be changed?
You're not getting rid of me that easily.This. Don't leave us!
I have most of my bases covered here: Clomid, exemestane (ugh, AIs), hCG, and a huge array of test boosters. I've tapered off slightly to below my cruise doses and then I'll start my hellacious PCT in about 10 days.Solid work being put in here. Hope you figure it out. TRT wouldn't be a bad issue if your not to young. I'd hit up a DR. and have them test ya. They might try clomid first. Better then cold turkey after 4yrs. Your going to feel like **** if you do nothing.

Ever read Paul Carters basebuilding ebook?
I only mention it because that could be a solid starting point template wise for you to adjust and be able to make progress still.
Not going to be hitting a lot of heavy lifts, but getting some good volume in on some basic movements and trying to get jacked never hurt anybody.
Just a suggestion from the peanut gallery. I know you'll probably do something much more specific to you, but figured it could be a good starting point to figure out what that something would be.

I mostly read his lifestyle pieces and social commentary. The man has a gift. I know a little about his training. Basically a powerbuilder who would hate being called that. Getting Pete Rubish's lanky ass to a 430 bench speaks loudly, though.
If you have trouble restarting with this, you can always look into triptorelin
I'm open to suggestion as I need a change of pace now.
I'll look into it. That's the one shot PCT kickstarter thing, right?
Sent you an email.
You've had some great lifting lately
Never underestimate the anabolic power of good food! Lol.
Nice sessions, lately. Seems like you haven't missed a beat.

Decent benching today. The positioning was coming along with each set and I do feel like my feet are almost back into the movement. As with everything, it's about keeping my hips healthy.
Heavy OHP. Nice work.
I'm trying to figure out how to de-stress my triceps tendons/elbows as well. So far the only thing that's worked are liniment, not doing anything with my elbows away from my body, and not letting the Tricep stretch as much on the negative.

I kinda felt them on the OHP and that was a first. I'll try liniment and see if I can find a decent sleeve.
