Yes sir. Just do a dip then when coming up jump your body off the bar. I could only get 6-12". But they rock! I do the same for pull-ups but I can clap on those

Its my 6th day with ol legend and im since yesterday from 4mg to 8mg but i dont feel anything. Nothing changed so far :( how and when do u take the pills? with food or on empty stomach?.. im so frustrated about that. one month before i had tried ostalean from epg but it was bunk.. do you know how the powder inside of the pill tastes like? mine tastes biter..

Takes about 14 days for effects to start being noticeable

Same with myself dude took about 10 - 14 days before I noticed any considerable changes. Moving up to 8mg makes a significant difference. ***NOT SUGGESTING YOU DO THE SAME***
But I bumped mine to 12mg for the last 2 weeks amd seen rediculous changes and 0 sides. Had I stayed there longer maybe I would have contracted some can't say for sure. But the last 2 weeks of my cycle I ate and gained like crazy!!!!

i think ill go back to 4mg/day and wait for the day. how much carbs fat and protein did u addet to your plan? do you think a 3-4 week cycle is worth it or 8?
 
Run 8 weeks and increase to 8mg at some point if you want. Those are where I noticed the best gains. As for the food I eat literally anything

Been feeling pretty good. I decided not to run the dmz, so my cycle will be ending as soon as I finish this Halofire. I've gotten pretty decent gains this far. Here's my past 2 days workouts.

Thursday:
Legs-
30 second rest
-Leg press: 8 reps@6 plates for 10 sets
-Laying leg curls: 10 reps@50lbs for 10 sets
-Smith machine calf press (15 second rest)12 reps@120lbs for 4 sets

Friday:
Arms-
Close grip bench(30 second rest, 3 second negative)6 reps@155lbs x 10 sets
EZ bar curl(30 second rest, 3 second negative)10@60lbs x 10 sets
Tricep rope push down super setted with seated DB curl(15 second rest) (tricep:70lbs, bicep: 20lbs) 12 reps for 8 sets

Thanks man I'm trying to increase the weight slowly and add more volume slowly. If I wouldn't had thrown up I had more written out to do. Yeah I'm excited for the Carderine!

Cardar1ne was good for fat loss IMO got lean enough considering amount I was eating. What are you hoping to get from it PCT?? Will you be keeping kcals high and using it for B.P control or are you hoping for some endurance to push you through??

Carderine will definitely improve your stamina especially with your 30 second rest periods you've adopted.

im on my 12th day legend and i dont feel it yet. i consum one pill after wakeing up then 30 min after i eat breakfast. should i take the pill with food or it doesnt matter?

You can take them on an empty stomach, it's not an issue either way tbh. Go ahead and bump your dose up to 8mg now and you will start seeing some real results soon

Once I bumped up my doses too 8mg I felt a lot better. The magic definately kicks in at that dosage ;).
I also frequently took 2 of my daily doses fasted as I was doing I.F for a lot of the cycle. No stomach upset or anything :)
 
i start feeling a light increase in hunger. strenght and pump got better i think, but it also could be placebo.
tomorrow ill bump up to 8mg

This was a good recomp, it's been years since I've been in the gym and this cycle really helped me get some of my old size back. I started my LGD at 166lbs, then when I started the Trest and halo was I was 170ish. My last day of cycle I was 179.

Take my pct and time off, then hit it again.
