Ergonine - Good as everyone says it is?

It's only as good as your nutrition and training allow, but better than most.
 
Only supplement I use every day. Effective ingredients, fully dosed, good price, flavoring on point.
 
Ergonine makes me violently ill. I'm taken every single ingredient in there before and had no issues. For some reason this stuff makes me so sick. Nauseous, diarrhea everything. I've tried taking half a scoop, sipping all day long, nothing works. Even tried taking half a scoop before bed once and woke up at 3 am and had to vomit. It's the strangest reaction I've ever had to a supplement I honestly have no idea what's causing this. I used it for a week and had to stop, figured I'd try again a few weeks later and had the same issues. Will not be using this ever again.

It should be in everyones stack as a staple. Literally no reason not to have it on hand at all times.
 
Its a convenient way to have most commonly used ingredients

I have a similar reaction, but with mild nausea and explosive diahrroea. Still got a full tub sitting on my shelf.

Yeah I've used both gms and hydro max before with no issues.
 
It's a great staple. I consider it with multi and fish oil. Very sweet but there's unflavored now which I'll be switching to
 
Probably the one thing I'd have to have if I'm going to have anything.

Those ingredients in one convenient (and affordable) package? No brainer.
 
I've never tried Ergonine but I know the Ergonine + ABE deal is incredible. You are basically getting the Ergonine for free. I think I gotta get on that soon enough, just for the ABE if anything.

gotta agree with everyone else here.... probably the most comprehensive staple product available. and priced beyond well. Kudos to Athletix Driven2lift and co for making a solid product for anyone

For anyone experiencing stomach discomfort I am very sorry to hear, obviously it affects everyone different. It is likely the choline or just the large amount of ingredients not sitting well with you. There is surprisingly very little flavoring and coloring in Ergonine, as the people who have tried flavorless can attest to, it is a very sweet taste by itself.
 
I have been going flavourless all week now, mixed with Alphamine.

But back to Nanaberry soon

It's less than a buck per serv for Clinical doses of Creatine, LCLT, and Betaine. The other stuff I don't care about. I'm the stingy king of buying bulk separates and making my own stuff - but I use Ergonine because it makes a convenient base to add stuff to. But it ain't going to add 5lbs to the bar just by switching to it :)
