Favorite gainer recipe...Go!

1-2 scoops whey
1/2 c oats
2 T PB
1/2 c greek yogurt (can use 2% for more fat)
banana
avocado
scoop vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup

Top with whipped cream and crushed up peanuts and more choc syrup

I know, I know, the avocado sounds gross. Avocados are extremely mild in flavor and add a really nice thickness to shakes. Trust me - try it!

First I've heard of soy for men. I thought we were supposed to stay away from it. I'll try the recipe though!

1/2-1 cup oats
1 scoop chai/flax seed mixture
1 scoop chocolate peanut butter PB2 powder
Splash of olive or coconut oil
1-2 cups whole milk or whatever you prefer
1 scoop milk chocolate ice cream (optional)

Thick, creamy. Very filling. Get your mind out of the gutter. Lol
