1-2 scoops whey
1/2 c oats
2 T PB
1/2 c greek yogurt (can use 2% for more fat)
banana
avocado
scoop vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup
Top with whipped cream and crushed up peanuts and more choc syrup
I know, I know, the avocado sounds gross. Avocados are extremely mild in flavor and add a really nice thickness to shakes. Trust me - try it!

1-2 table spoons peanut butter (sometimes)
