Stubborn belly fat

RePower

New member
Hello, I need your expert opinion as I am really desperate about my bellyfat and generally my overall bodyfat. Cannot get rid off belly fat at the region of my stomach and love handles. In addition i cannot get beyond 11-12% bodyfat. Just came off epistane cycle with reallly high calorie restrictions and end up adding 10lbs of muscle without losing any bodyfat percentage. My abdomen are puffy with lots of fat. I am considering liposuction surgery but is there any last chance i could try a "magic" supplement that would really enhance my fat loss beyond epistane ? Thanx guys

Forgot to mention that my back is ripped while my stomach area is full of fat .... I dont know how this happens I am ripped at legs back and my stomach area attracts all the bodyfat of all areas ???? I mean wtf????

Welcome to the world of genetics.

Thats true but what about starving for a month or two.... Eventually i would loose that stubborn belly fat along with all the gains i made these years :p

I hate stubborn belly fat. Is all you can do is eat clean, do cardio and lower your carbs and that will help. Maybe throw in some HIT training.

If you're truly in the 11-12% range you could try some topical fat burners that have localized effects. I see some benefits locally using Exotherm. The added fat burners also aid in fat loss overall as well as the AI's helping reduce water retention. Other products like Eviscerate, Abliderate, Vasoburn are also excellent at reducing fat deposits in trouble spots. Clenviscerate combo is also insane for spot reduction. Diet must be absolutely on point for these to work well though.

I would agree with this. But most people who are in the 11-12% are generally much higher than that.

IIRC, Eviscerate would be better if you're in the higher BF %, where as Abliderated is better for lower.

If you eat fried mayonnaise balls for breakfast lunch and dinner, you can't expect to have a Goku 47 pack.

Generally my meal plan is like this: meal1) 100 gr oats + 3 egg whites meal2) 150g. Chicken breast + 60g. Parboiled rice meal3) 150g. Chicken + 60g. Parboiled rice + 50g. Broccoli meal4)150g. Pangasius fish fillet + 60g. Parboiled rice meal5)1 canned tuna 150g. + salat....... On training days I may add another meal after training which is 1 medium banan with 1 scoop whey protein......... Plus my supplements which is multivitamin and fish oil. All m meals are cooked in 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Training is like superset based .... I switched it lately (due to epistane cycle) to high volume high intensity.... Doing 8-10 reps at each set..... Around 15 - 20 sets per bodypart 5 times a week + 2 sessions fasted cardio

Add in yohimbe + caffeine before the fasted cardio... Work up to .2mg per kg of bodyweight with the yohimbe and 200 mg caff.

And google the stubborn fatloss protocol by Lyle Mcdonald

that seems like a very "bro" diet. Theres nothing wrong with that, but you know you can have a varied diet with many different types of foods and lose weight? Do you track macros (fats/pro/cho)?

I count total daily calories and protein.... And tried to limit the calories as much as possible.... My stats are 1.85cm 220 lbs with 11-12% bodyfat.... I was so desperate when i was on epistane that i was eating around 1500calories per day to see results and nothing.... I was puting lean mass , my strength went through the roof added around 50 lbs on bench press and 60lbs on leg press and that stubborn fat didnt reduced at all!!!!! Another question is yohimbine with caffeine would do anything at all if epistane didnt do???? And evicerate or abliderated would do better job than epistane ??? If yes then ill give a try !!

I cannot complain epistane did its purpose in terms of anabolism but the reason i used it and it was my first ever cycle was to reduce my bodyfat beyond 11% with no results in this section

How about ibutamoren for two months plus caffeine plus yohimbine .... Growth hormone secretagogue would target fat ellimination due to growth hormone as lipolytic hormone as well but how much should i expect or not expect anything at all?

Those would all help with fat loss more so than epi

If you cut your calories too low too quick you can hinder your fat loss. Going from 2500 to 1500 in a week is going to yield little to no fat loss.

Eviscerate is for the final stubborn BF. Abliderated is for when you have a little more. I got them mixed up early. Thanks The_Old_Guy

Not if he does a refeed, but yeah I'd include higher and lower calorie days during the week. I sometimes dip down to even 1200 cals on some days, definitely not everyday.

I appreciate your help guys .... Was on epistane thats why i decided to lower the calories that much as for supplements a guy at the gym suggested T-2 i searched and found iforce t33 containing T-2 .....Lecheek nutrition Hyper-T2..... Sns thyrocaps and Thyrotwin..... What do you suggest guys.... Is it worth to give T-2 a try? There are actual studies suggesting that it works almost as well as thyroxine

Try keto diet with more cardio. nothing but time will help and strict diet

Are we talking 3,3 and 3,5 diiodo ? One of those was found useless in rats, the other may do something. I forget which one was ineffective, you'd have to hit PubMed. I personally do not like messing with the thyroid.

bert45 i read somewhere and correct me if i am wrong that keto diet must contain very little protein to be effective so whats the use doing fitness or bodybuilding without protein ? The_Old_Guy i think the majority of supplements have 3,3 .... There are human studies as well..... Like this one : J Biol Regul Homeost Agents. 2011 Oct-Dec;25(4):655-60.
3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine increases resting metabolic rate and reduces body weight without undesirable side effects.

This is the one I was referring to:

Effect of 3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine on thyroid stimulating hormone and growth hormone serum levels in hypothyroid rats.

3,5 did something, 3,3 did nothing.

3,5-T2 produced a similar effect (as T3 - T_O_G), suppressing the TSH level by about 75% compared to control; it thus reached values not significantly different from those of the euthyroid and T3-treated rats. By contrast, 3,3'-T2 had no effect on TSH, whatever the dose.

3,5-T2-treated hypothyroid rats, at all the doses used (from 2.5 to 10 microg/100 g BW), showed increased serum GH levels: at a dose of 10 microg/100 g BW the level reached a value about 5-fold higher than that in hypothyroid rats. This value was not significantly different from those of euthyroid and T3-treated rats. 3,3'-T2 did not affect GH levels whatever the dose. Thus, 3,5-T2 (but not 3,3'-T2) seems to mimic the effects of T3 on serum TSH and GH levels in rats.

So you'd need to find OTC 3,5

keto diets are .8-1g protein / lb LBM. It's not very little protein.

No its very little carbs like 20g a day protein and fats are up

Can you suggest a meal plan with keto because i cannot imagine eating only fats and protein

butters, nuts, eggs, lean meats, meats in general, fish, cheeses, veggies. Mix and match for meals. Eggs/Bacon/Avocado for breakfast, chicken ceasar salad for lunch, steak and eggs or chicken and veggies for dinner or w/e you want. Not too complicated and there are plenty of resources if you use google

A ton of great advice here, if you looking into yohimbine look into target a2. It is the most potent type of yohimbine and I love it for targeting fat around the mid section along side reduce xt(my personal choice).

CJNator i am considering alphamine or norcodene as well along with t2 or anticortisol such as reduce xt..... Is this a good combo? How much yohimbine in alphamine? Is it still good as the old version?

The amount of yohimbine in the formula for Alphamine/Norcodrene hasn't been released (and even if it did dosing doesn't follow the same as yohimbine hcl since the SA2-A extract is different), but there should be plenty to help benefit alpha-2 antagonism.

If you do go to combine either with Target A2 please start at a low dose and assess tolerance. :)

Many still love Alphamine with the current version (still many Alphamine addicts) and it would serve as a pretty effective fat loss combo with Reduce XT.

Unless you know your Cortisol levels (and this goes for Estrogen too) are out of range, why mess with it/them? Both are needed.

Doesn't cortisol allow fat to be stored on the abdominal region? I usually have the same issue as OP due to my genetics so target a2/reduce xt is my g2g stack.

Gearing up to cut a little extra with Eviscerate. Been reading a bunch on Vasoburn. Anyone used it yet and how does it measure up?
