Probably not. I'm awful about taking any kind of pictures. Powerlifting is my focus. Not so much measurements and overload of grilled chicken breast and sweet potatoes. Been there done that. I'm perfectly content having a little more body fat at the expense of not loathing every meal I eat.
 
15% bf is nothing to be ashamed of. These logs are so much more complete with pics. Ah well! Good luck with the run.
 
Weight was 249 and some change this morning. Squat session went good. 405 was flying up. Recovery has been highly accelerated.
 
Morning weight was 250.8. No training today. Still no sides to speak of. Oily skin has been the worst side. I can live with that!
 
Weight is 250 this morning. Coming up on two weeks of the cycle. Strength is fantastic. Pumps are stupid. I'm going to chalk that up to the extra nitrogen retention.
 
250 again today. Everything seems to be leveling off from that stand point. Strength is great. Definitely better strength gains so far.
 
250 on the dot again. Squat session was beast mode. Oily skin really the only annoying side worth mentioning still.
 
I wouldn't be too ambitious to push the envelop on weight - if you don't gain mass - you're just gonna get cut up - I bulked hardcore my first cycle - and while I maximized muscle gains I also got fat as **** lol.

Yep I'm only running 200-300 over on calorie intake for that reason alone.
 
Once my water weight fluctuation stabilized, I was floating around +7lbs after 4 weeks. On my 5th week now, +10lbs all the sudden, again it's water.

trest is no where near the potency of superdrol, especially used only as a test base. If I said I've gain 20lb+ after 4 weeks on 75mg Trest, people will probably call me out BS lol

Yes with the anadrol and LGD I'm expecting more though. The letro is keeping the water weight pretty much non exist. So the 5 lbs is pretty much a legit gain as of now. I have a full bottle of superdrol going in the next cycle with trest again! ?

250.0 smack dab again. Training went great. My triceps got so pumped on accessory work I thought they were going to hop off my arm and start walking on their own.

I'm at SPF Record Breakers powerlifting meet this weekend. Checking out how the federation is ran to see if I want to compete in it. So I forgot to bring my scale to the hotel. So no weigh ins for today and tomorrow.
 
Back home and I'm still at 250. So, decided to split dose trest for a total of 100mg a day and split dose the LGD for 12mg total daily.
 
How ya been eating/sleeping?
 
250 again today. Been deloading a bit this week doing some full body recovery workouts prepping for my next training cycle.
