advice on 4th cycle bulk

Just ran mammoth dmz durabolin lgd sarm hexadrone arimistane ended August 13 gained 4 pounds a pound a week felt underdosed ate 1000 calories above maintenance looking for great bulking ph thinking about andro the giant and super mandro or local shop has msten weight 158 height 5'8 lifting 2 1/2 years religiously age 31. Very small frame this would be my 4th cycle. Need advice if you have any other ph suggestions let me know all feedback is appreciated thanks
 
God you only gained 4 lbs? I've run this stuff twice and gained 12+ each run (currently on it and have a week and a half left and I've already gained 13). And I'm only eating 500 above maintenance. Look for some sdmz 2.0 and dermatrest. That has been my favorite stack of all time
 
My guess why i gained so poorly would be acid reflux not making the oral tablets dissolve proplerly. I heard andro the giant and super mandro is active allready which
doesnt make sence unless its not time released
I usually gain 4 pounds on every cycle though eating at 1000 calories over maintenance
 
Acid reflux shouldn't have anything to do with it. I have hella bad acid reflux (G.E.R.D). Go buy some ranantadine to help with it if it's bad .

Andro and super mandro are both two-step conversion, not already active. M-Sten is your bet here man.

Honestly though look into your training and cals. Are you sure you're REALLY in a surplus? Do you have an active day job? Are you getting the right macros? Are you training hard enough? Are you progressively overloading? Are you taking advantage of the strength PH/AAS give you?

I would really take a hard look at things man because honestly those gains on cycle suck.
 
I also just noticed you only ran 4 weeks? Some PH don't really start kicking in until week 3 and gains are from week 3 to week 6.

You should plan on running a 6 week cycle - Epi, Halo, DMZ, etc etc. Sarms 8 - 12 weeks. PH like Msten, Superdrol, M1T, Alpha 1 excluded as they are all very liver toxic - four weeks here would suffice.

4lbs isn't much at all, get your diet and training together better before you put your body at risk for 4lbs, nam'sayin?
 
I train upper lower mon, wed, fri eat clean eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, oj, sweet potatoes grilled chicken whole grain pasta, shrimp,brown rice, beans, weekend (2 cheat meals fried chicken
Fried catfish) usually when im on i do upper lower 4x week never miss a workout im addicted. but i do take a week off every 12 weeks eat 1.5 gram protein. 1.25 lb per body weight for carbs. Plenty of fats more on off days per lb body weight lots of fish oil and omega 3 foods trainning religiously for over 2 years. I lift for 50 min 3 or 4 days a week. Depending on work schedule usualy 3x per week never less.also eat 500 calories over maintenance when off cycle

Dunno man, all seems to look in order but something is definitely off - unless your name is zdouche, you should not be happy with 4lb gains on cycle.

Lol wtf were you eating crackers ? 4lbs????? JK IT DEFF WAS UNDERDOSED DMZ ALONE I COULD GAIN 13 LBS LOL SUKKKKZ I WOULD GO WITH ANDRO THE GIANT AND MSTEN. IF U GAIN 4LBS AGAIN RAP IT UP. AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOBBY. I'M KIDDING AGAIN BITHCH
 
Sure it's moderately low dose, but with all the other ingredient it make up for it. Like I said, I've gained almost 15 off this same product for the 2nd time
