What is your favorite cheat meal?

Chicken and waffles
I sampled Lake Effect Chicken & Waffles ice cream a couple of weeks ago in Buffalo at the scoop shop and loved it. I got it as one my 3 scoops in my sundae and a pint to go too!
It has a maple flavoured base with, you guessed it, chicken and waffle pieces. I think I'll have it this weekend :)

Online Seasonal flavor
I just talked to Bob Graeter he said it will come back next year (hence the cover of the product) and why it is not in a proper label. Just like Cincy Pig Tracks. I highly suggest it.

Just came out of the oven. Newest recipe future soon . I took the picture and sent it to Anthony from MyOatmeal, and his reply was
"Overnight those to Arizona"
be 100 kcals a cupcake (pumpkin cheesecake)

Damn, i will make those myself too then

Handels Tin Lizzy Cheesecake:

Overall this is a good flavor. After sampling it I knew I had to pick up a pint. Tin Lizzy has Outstanding cheesecake base that is loaded with flavor. The butterscotch ripple is dense in flavor, thick in size, and goes hand in hand with the base. The Butter Pecan Toffee Pieces offer a thick crunchy compliment. The small aftertaste of caramel that corresponds with the butterscotch ripple makes this a killer combination. Cheesecake, Caramel, and Butterscotch if you love these 3 things you need this right away.

Score: B

Making a Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Breast tomorrow got it pretty cheap from my wegmans (1lb for 4$)

Thinking about what to pair with it?

Double Stuffed Potato with Cheese/Bacon + Sour Cream
Elvis Sweet potato -- Baked and stuffed with Bacon + Banana and topped with peanut butter

Make some sort of a stirfry with it? Rice maybe?
Make a Sandwich + Bacon on it (buffalo chicken breast sandwich) + some kind of Sweet potato or cajun fries on side

any idea?

If you are a peanut butter lover, this is one to pick up. Handel's has a very good Yellow Vanilla Ice cream base and two great compliments that compliment the base. This reminded me of Peanut Butter world with a yellow cake base and peanut butter footballs. The Swirl's provided a salty compliment, while the footballs has a nice sweet peanut butter flavoring. Mix a sweet and salty combination with a great ice cream base is an easy A grade from me. Handel's has some incredible quality from a hand made ice cream joint!

Grade: A

Every Saturday, I know its not ideal but w.e

Exactly,, so what if it's not "ideal" your clearly making gainz and enjoying life - that's a good training regime ??? nice to see guys who work hard and live life at the same time!!! Sick of people with fuuk all experience telling me what I should and shouldn't eat and how much is too much etc. Seeing is believing and seeing the way you guys eat def has me believing I can do both!! Ha

Yep! I'd rather look pretty damn good and eat what I want for the most part then be absolutely shredded and hate my life

Couldn't agree with you more dude. I spent months killing myself and dieting to 8/9% bodyfat just to look great. Finally got there, looked pretty damn shredded. Went on holidays for a week and almost had a breakdown first day there trying tk track and monitor food intake etc.
Just thought fuuk this life's too short. I put on around 10lbs in that week,, lost my abs,, face was puffy (and I'm naturally lean so this was bad :-P) but I was happy as sh1t ? 3 weeks and was almost back to that shape again. Life's def too short to be that harsh on yourself if your not modelling or competing etc. This is by far my favourite thread on AM as it proves to newbies and people in similar positions to how I used to be that you can have a great body and still live your life!!
I think in order to join up people should have to read this thread in its entirety :-P guarantee it would help at least 50% of readers break bad habits with food and/or stop bein so harsh on themselves!!
Other 50% would die of clogged arteries ???

Dunkin’ Donuts Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut and Caramel Cheesecake Square

Invalid Link Removed

SnickerDoodle Croissant Donut: (B- Grade)
I was expecting a very sweet and cinnamon sugar based donut, and that is what I got. I was a bit surprised as it looked dry, but the layers of the croissant give it a nice feature to the donut. If you do not like very sweet things this may turn you off, or you will not be able to eat the whole thing. Compared to a regular snickerdoodle cookie it could of been heavier on the cinnamon to match a true snickerdoodle. This had more sugar than cinnamon, so for sugar lovers that enjoy a nice sugar bomb this will be right up your alley.

Caramel Cheesecake Square: (B- Grade)
The carmel frosting was the key feature here. This was the best part of the donut, very dense and creamy frosting that surpassed all the other seasonal ones I have had in the past. The filling is where the letdown is. yes its a cream cheese frosting/filling but it has that airy taste and texture to it. Nothing real dense and creamy as you would expect. The small chocolate pieces on top were pretty darn good and gave it a great addition to the caramel frosting. The filling just needs to be improved

The Solution, They need to get us on the official payroll...or at least send over some free quarts.

You sir. Are very very wise.

New Orleans Ice Cream Co. Po'Boy Ice Cream Sandwich

Overall the only other Chocolate Cookies I have had for ice cream sandwiches are: Jeni's Chocolate Truffle Backyard Mint Sandwich, Coolhaus I'm Pei-Nut Butter, Coolhaus SnickerDoodle and Coolhaus Mintimalism.

Cookie wise these cookies are as soft as Coolhaus, but do not offer the milk chocolate coating which is where NO Ice Cream gets the upper edge. Jeni's chocolate cookies are not as soft as Coolhaus or NO Ice Cream Company, but hold a very strong chocolate taste to them. If i were to invest in one cookie it would be the Creole Cream Cheese cookie.

How NO Ice Cream Company has perfected the creole creme cheese (as one of their top selling flavors) on top of a dense chocolate coated cookie makes it the perfect ice cream sandwich. Each Cookie was not meant to be healthy as the owner Adrian said, but pack 260-290 calories in each serving (2 Servings a Sandwich) ((Creole being a bit heavier in calories)). For the calories there is a reason why they pack so much flavor!

Grade: A (Creole Cream Cheese), B (Vanilla Bean)

Have you guys tried?!?
