People like that can't stand to see others win or get ahead of them. They are just trying to put you down to make themselves feel better, they are just jelly of your gainz. You are looking great and progressing greatly. Try shrugging off the peanut gallery and let them watch you make your gainz :D!
 
45 minutes cardio today and lifting rest. Throat is still scratchy and I have a migraine and I'm exhausted. These next pics were taken on a full stomach so I'm pretty happy

Long work day today so I lifted shoulders for an hour. Stuck to strictly delt work. I've lost my notebook I need to find it. Pretty much all the usual stuff.

45 minutes on the stairmill.

21 days and if all goes as planned and nothing crazy happens, I'm stepping on stage.

Getting noticeably leaner by the day.

I'll admit to refeeding carbs because I am so exhausted I knew there was no way I was going to safely do anything at the gym.

Did 1.5 hours of cardio this morning 65 min of it on the stair mill 25 minutes on the treadmill

30 minutes fasted cardio this morning
Tanned after work did 40 more cardio.

I'm about to go lift cheat and tri and probably do some more cardio

Getting super lean in spots. Back keeps looking better and better. Delts are show striations pretty much 24/7 now.

I'm struggling greatly to sleep. I'm staying hungry. I'm hanging in though.
 
Lifted chest for an hour. My strength absolutely plummeted today. I keep reminding myself that getting the reps right now is more important than how much I'm lifting.

One hour fasted cardio done. Weight is still 119.0.. After work I'm lifting back and biceps, and another hour cardio. My goal is to lose another 5lbs in the next 17 days. I'm exhausted. My energy is in the toilet. I made protein pancakes last night they looked awful but tasted great and made my tummy very happy.

I'll be honest I'm so tired and I want to sleep.. I want to eat doughnuts and sometimes I really want to quit, but I know I will regret it, so I keep going. I'm really trying to not cry . Like I knew this would be hard. I knew this would be exhausting...
I severely underestimated exactly how hard this was going to be.

Hey this is going to have more sodium than you may want but it got me through the sweet cravings on my last show. Look up banana pancakes and get some vanilla delicious protein ( yes the brand is delicious protein lol) I think my boys at orbit sell it. The pancakes need two eggs to every one banana add some cinnamon and that's it. Then make a pudding with the protein using a scoop of protein and a small amount of water and it makes a frosting like mix. It's actually pretty good

I'm deathly allergic to banana like can't be in the room with it that sounds so good it might be worth dying for the protein pancakes I made last night helped a lot and made me very happy... I just can't have all those carbs all the time. 16 more days though. I was making protein pudding out of carb master yogurt and mutant protein until i cut out my dairy.

Thank you. 16 more days and I'm going to bust my ass as hard as I can even if it kills me lol. I was talking to another competitor this morning and be both decided that's what we are attempting to do. They have 11lbs to cut in 16 days and I want to cut at least 5.. Can't drop my calories any lower though. So I'm just going to keep putting in work.
 
Not so much about the osta elite, but I do get a lot of questions about my loose skin, which is going to happen with 3 kids and 99lbs lost, and it doesn't offend me, but here is part of my temporary solution, I bought some bikini flash tape to help pull the skin tighter.

I trained back and biceps and did an hour of cardio last night.

Ended up majorly carbing up after cardio. My blood sugar dropped and I wasn't even certain I could drive home. I'm feeling pretty ok today. Going to be a leg day. Already did 45 cardio this morning. Not fasted I was starving and a baby so I ate first

Normally 4 sets of about 12
If you think about your shoulder though, they may be small, but there are three different area your have to grow and develop to create the right shape, and you can't hit them ll with any one exercise... You need to hit the front, mid, and back.

Weight is dropping nicely!! Sucks about the toe, have broken a few in my time. Just have to suck it up and keep going!

Eh it's just the little toe it should only hurt a little bit. Unless you are Shaq. Then it is still going to hurt a lot.
 
Still Alive.. Still lifting and doing cardio. Absolutely exhausted, but hanging in... Also trying to move this week. Trained hammies and glutes today and did two 45 minute cardio sessions... Tomorrow will be quads and 2ish hours of cardio.
 
Trained my quads today as well as lots and lots of cardio. I'm also getting extra work in moving boxes and crates yay. I spent close to 4 hours in the gym.. In 3 different sessions getting everything done.
