1. Optimum Alpha (-)-Epicatechin: took 2 caps 1 hr prior to workout
2. Staples: Throughout both days
3. Antaeus Labs Achilles (Achilles) : 2 caps w/ breakfast + 2 caps w/ dinner
4. New HyperMax XT: 2 scoops prior to workout
Workout: Pull
Comments: Worked out at planet fitness. 1st time that my workout got cut short because of back pump. I used to get debilitating shin pumps many may years ago from muscletech creatine. Strange that particular brand creatine is the only brand that causes that. I managed to achieve a PR before back was too pumped. Since planet fitness is 1.5 miles away, I decided to run there with the intentions that my 2nd wind aka (-)-Epicatechin wind would kick in at around the start of my workout....either it worked or I am getting stronger because warm up sets felt so light. Even though I ran there, worked out and then ran back, I still felt like I could have ran back to gym and worked out some more. I have few more workouts and final review sometimes next week.
Smith deadlift, but its more like a low rack pull (light weight because still tender from last deadlift session) super set with bent over rows
