What to add to pct

Xgels and reduce xt. Xgels + Abe is my go to pct stack. Keeps you full and pumped while also working synergistically together to help you maintain that new muscle.

Reduce xt for cortisol control. Start it week 2 or 3 of pct and run past your serm.

And since you haven't mentioned it... A serm.

Don't count on supps to maintain gains. They make a minimal difference imo. The way to maintain gains is to eat enough to maintain the new muscle, do minimal cardio and train heavy. Just my 2 cents.

This is 100% true from a physical standpoint but I find the addition of some natty supps really helps the mental game (as well as mild-moderate physically.) coming off cycle can be taxing mentally as you "feel" being off, glycogen retention going down (and the size that goes with it), as well as hormonal swings. I find personally that having a nice natty stack to help keep me pumped, hungry, and strength up makes a world of difference as far as how intense I can and do train as well as how much I want to eat. Sometimes it's about more than just the acute effect of the supp

My pct this time is
Tamoxifen
Exemestane
Daa and
Creatine mono
Zma
Multi and oils.
Only one week into pct, but really like this stack. Makes me feel like I'm still on:-)
