Lat pull downs 4x10
Reverse db flys 4x8
Standing bb rows 4x8

Db curls 5x5
Hammer curls 5x5
Reverse grip bb curls 5x8
Isolation burnout 3 sets
 
I have noticed some recomping and increased vascularity in my upper body along with everything else i have stated before.

I will be sure to take pictures of myself at the end of this cycle and before i transition into my osta + cardarine + mk677 log immediately afterwards.
 
Well talk about a crazy weekend! Was making my way up to shasta from socal on thursday and got stuck in a huge effin mud slide...my car and everyone went swirlin around the hw and got burried in a bunch of mud. Then i had to wait for them to dig my rental outta the mud the next day. Anyways i finally made it back to shasta on saturday night after i got a whole new rental lol.

Thankfully i did bring my epi andro with me but was unable to work out well enough for the past 3 days.

Today i did a full body workout just to warm myself up for a big workout week coming up. It is sunday night so tomorrow will be chest/tris day

Sorry bout the days being all funky on my last post. I meant to send it this morning. Id saved it as a draft while i was driving home last night lol.

Anyways i did my full body workout this morning and i fealt really good.

2 mile run body weight routine. I didnt want to burn out before the week starts. My strength and endurance has gone way up from before i began the epi andro
 
Sub'd. are you taking form xt for your pct? I'm just curious because I noticed with LG sciences, form xt is always part of any stack that they have.

I am not. I will be bridging this into an 8 week ostarine cycle with clomid for pct. I tried the form xt twice in the past a long time ago and it gave me some wierd rash all over my body so i wont be using it again. Guess i was allergic to it or something.

I fealt great in the gym today. Pump was awesome endurance continued to be up and so was aggression. This is the last week of my epi andro cycle so trying to make the best of it.
 
Yesterday was my last day of the epi andro. This past weeks workouts were as expected...better than the week before. I have decided to move on to bridging into my osta cycle. I will leave a review of the lg sciences epi andro in the product review section
