Hi guys,

19, 6ft2, 185lbs. Looking for a little boost. Been looking at the chaos and pain stack which consists of LGD-4033, GW-1516, Cannibal Alpha PCT.

However im really concerned about Gyno and my test not coming back, would these effect me at all?

Thanks,

Don't be an idiot. Eat, sleep, and train hard. You're too young and have too much natural potential to be looking at SARMs or anything else. Save your money and spend it on more food.

Probably needed that, just everyone now is taking short cuts and it pretty damn tempting to take it also.

I'll stick to training :D

You don't need anything extra. Are you tracking and weighing your food? Are you making sure you hit your macros everyday? Are you getting 8-10 hours sleep every night? Are you utilizing a proper natural body building routine, ie full body workouts or an upper/lower split? You can make so many gains without ever touching a thing. Train hard, weigh your food and get enough sleep and people around you will think you're on gear when you're not and that will make you feel so much better about yourself then jumping on something. There are long term consequences to going down the road you're considering. Give it til you're at least 25 and if you're still lifting then and can't possibly make anymore gains naturally then you can decide if that's a road you want to go down. You'll be old and mature enough to weigh the positives and negatives and im guessing by that point, you'll take pride in what you've accomplished naturally and won't want to take anything.

Nothing in life is free and if you're worried about side effects than you don't need the products. The product labels say don't take unless older than 21, and even 21 is probably too young to be taking anything other than creatine, multivitamin, fish oil, and protein powder. You only get one body, don't fuk it up.

I don't track my diet but i work from home and am pretty strict i get atleast 150g of protein a day, 200+ carbs, and 50+ of fat on an average day. get roughly 8 hours sleep a night and workout 6 days a week, ive tried the upper / lower routine but found better results from triceps/biceps/chest/shoulders/back/legs. usually mix it up a little but usually give atleast 4/5 days rest before training that muscle again.

No hormonals.
Not at 19.

Diet and training first, there is no way you have stalled beyond what you can achieve with those.

If you want natural supplements to expedite your progress you can consider those but get the big factors perfected first

Agree with everyone. I remember when I was 19 and wanted to just try anything and everything but its not worth it at that age. Just build a solid frame naturally. Some products that you could use that aren't hormonal are natural anabolic tho. That's the route I went when I was that age.

I remember when I was 19... I was f'n stoopid. Stayed Stoopid through my 20's. 40-50 I had almost zero stoopidity.

gloss, bubbie... Figure out your TDEE and do a nice clean/slow/cautious bulk with a few hundred calories over - adjust as necessary. Set an essential fat intake, solve for protein, and fill the rest in with carbs. You don't sound like you have a high BF%. SEAL (Sleep, Eat, And Lift). Stay away from the booze and cigarrettes/Copenhagen... and STDs.

As already stated, food, food, food, train and rest. Throw in some staples BCAA's, Creatine, a PWO and stay consistent.

Diet, rest and consistent training and you'll grow like crazy. I joined Army ROTC when I was 19 in college. Worked out 5-7 days a week of mostly plyometrics, **** load of running and rucking, and some weight training. Went from 170 to 195 in under 2 years. I was also lean as hell. Just be patient, I wish I could gain like I did from 18-24.

For real! You can make amazing gains steroid free! I know a kid at the gym that's 23 and he has a powerlifting total of like 1600+ or something foolish and is huge. You can make great gains naturally. If you want supplements try ep1c unleashed, or Ara products like Xfactor or Xgels.
