Ending the second week of Tren and no sides really.. BP is higher but I only take meds for it when it gives me a bad headache. Maybe some extra anxiety, sleep has been off and on, no night sweats yet, no Tren cough. I will probably give it another week at 400mg and then raise it to 500-600mg. I'm not even sure how many weeks I've been on anymore lol I need to go back and check.

The first picture was the first week of the cycle and the other is from tonight. I've definitely added some fat as you can see and a lot of water. I feel like a lot has come on in the last two weeks since starting Ghar1ne. I jumped up 6 pounds with the same calories if not less most days since starting the Ghar1ne. I'm hoping time and this Tren will start helping me lean out.

Its ok he don't need to have abs since he's bulking, but with the test/tren shouldn't he be maintaining if not lowering his overall bf%.
I'm sure you know, there is no cut and paste formula. I would say with the mass gained his BF% is maintaining. If you're considering that little bit in the front a downfall to the overall size and thickness that has been added, it goes to show that goals are not cut and paste either.

My training will most likely be each body part twice a week with one heavy day and one hypertrophy day for each muscle. I am not sure on an exact split, it may be something like PHAT. I will hit any other body part that I feel is lacking or I just feel like hitting on any off days. I plan on doing cardio at least a couple times a week to keep fat gain to a minimum.
I have been in a deficit basically the whole summer trying to lose as much body fat as possible before starting. Towards the end I started just trying to maintain where I was at, eating in a deficit most days but on days I was out with friends I would eat whatever and I did a lot of drinking. Lol
I will try to keep my calories around 2500-2800 this first week or so until everything starts kicking in, then I will up them to about 3000 and see what happens. I'm going for a lean bulk.

I think that also has a lot to do with quality gear. One compound being used by two different people buying from two different UGL's can produce drastically different results. No one ever actually knows the quality of what they're running. I've seen guys on TRT get better results than guys who run a gram of test plus other compounds from UGL's. It sucks but it's the way it is
