My Epi-GH log for PRIMEVAL LABS

I've never been a vascular guy, even when I was like 150 pounds and no body fat. I'm so jealous of everyone else lmao
 
Good stuff. Those days being pissed off at the world are terrible, but it also makes me feel like a complete badass for some reason. That may be the Test though!! Lol

I get my Ghar1ne in tomorrow and I can finally start that. I know you haven't ran either Epi Andro or MK-677 yet, so you can't really tell, but I'm hoping it gives me some extra vascularity as well. I've seen a few other reports of MK-677 doing that to others. It is probably a combination of the two products for you.

I've ran MK by itself and now running and logging epi gh, MK definitely increases vascularity but with the addition of epi andro and bumping my MK dose up, the vascularity is epic. The amount of stares I get in the gym increases every day. And I'm not even through week 1!!
Also WANTED your lethargy might increase when you go up to 2 caps but I don't think it will last longer than a week. I think I'm starting to get over mine.

Day 6 Morning weight. 182.8

Day 6 was another very angry day lol. The Epi-GH is kicking in guys, feeling angry and mean. I keep stopping myself from being a dick at work.
The hunger has subsided. Very low appitite today. Starting to feel a little tired on this day.
Sorry I haven't had time to post every workout. I'll try.
 
Day 7 Morning weight 181.8

Got 12 hours of sleep last night and I'm feeling like a new person.
Felt super good today , day 7.
The lethargy hit hard yesterday but didn't really realize it till today. Came back to work today & found a bunch of mistakes I made cuz I was spaced out LOL. No worries tho the sleep helped a lot.
Appitite is back today eating more again.
So tomorrow is the start of 2 caps.
Side note piss had been stinking like a mo fo! And actually starting to feel some relief in my knee joints all ready I know that's due to the MK.
 
Day 8 morning weight 182.5


Woke up starved and slept over 10 hour again. Dosed my first cap with breakfast and hitting the weights as I txt. More to follow for day 8

2 caps today. 1 at 10am and 1 at 3pm. Not feeling mad at all again today and for sure having that alpha feeling.
Im loving the results so far. Honestly Ive done stronger compounds before with less results in this amount of time!
Still just trying to get in workouts and eat as much as I possibly can.
Another good side is that my libido is way up.

No noticeable increase in lethargy so far with 2 caps. We will see at work tomorrow.
Extremely sore from yesterdays dive and workout. Gonna take an active/not so active rest day.

I really was enjoying the pumps on this workout so much that I almost forgot to keep track of my reps and sets.
I have been sleeping way more this week since I started 2 caps ed, like at least 10 hours every night since this Saturday. Im loving that.
Today was an extremely vascular day for me as well,all day veins bulging.

My endurance was very strong as well during my lifts. Felt like I could go a lot longer than normally.
Also today was the first day I really took a PWO right before lifting so the combination of that and the EPI-GH was epic!.........
and the pumps were amazing today!! I had a lot of fun lifting which I havent really said in a while.

Still not super hungry anymore like in the beginning, so just some small struggling with grubbing sometimes. Today it might have been due to the PWO because the last time i checked my weight was up a few if not he same as when I started.
Still seeing some improvements in the mirror every day.

As for the lethargy with 2 caps. Ive been spacing them out over 5 hours each so I really dont feel any difference from the 1 to 2 caps.

TRT dose next Wednesday
 
DOMs are starting to kick in pretty bad on the pecs right now.
Well see how long it lasts.
Also getting some embarrassing random woods today at work.

Not much to report today. Good mood today ,little tired.
Libido up like a mofo. Some small headache the last two days & been drinking plenty of water. Oh yeah and a small amount of heart burn, no biggie. Really good alpha feeling last couple days also. Wondering if I should bump to 3 caps before the bottle is gone?? Maybe next week....

Day 15 Morning Weight 181.0
(basically stayed the same over the last couple of days)

Ok so 2 weeks in and here is what Ive noticed so far.
Been holding a little more water than usual. I drink a little over a gallon a day and Ive been going to bed about 7-8 pounds heavier than when i wake up.
Probably take like 5 pisses a night. Thats why I weigh in the morning.

Getting some acne on my face and forehead and Im 43 so that doesnt really happen any more unless Im on.
Seeing some size in the mirror at week 2 even tho my weight hasnt really changed since I started, would say I have lost a little BF so far.

Muscles are noticeably harder and bigger/more defined.
Pretty much tired most of the time but its not really that bad.Im assuming its some shut down already cuz of my low T. I have not done any TRT since I started the EPI-GH. No lethargy really at all since I started the 2 caps.
One more week of 2 caps ed and then Ill move to 3 ed for the last week,cant wait.

Not super hungry like I thought I was going to be by now, no biggie. Sleep is pretty normal as well after I got some good hours in. I am noticing some cramps in the bottoms of my feet and calves at night during sleep. Havent had those since I ran Halo.

I had some super good pumps today I might add, it was nice!! ****Any suggestions for an exercise that will blow up my lats please?? I want them to really hurt and grow!! I only have free weights****
 
I just saw the only free weights sentence.. I'm not sure then. DB and BB rows and pull ups is what I would focus on then.

I personally find it hard to focus on just the lats with rows, but I'm kinda weird. Straight arm lat pulldowns were a game changer for me in being able to really feel the lats working, I wonder if there's any way you could rig something to be similar lol
 
If you have somewhere to do pull-ups, nothing make my lats as sore as them.

I was already brainstorming all last night on how to rig something up to do lat pull downs. I really miss that exercise since I don't go to a gym any more.
 
Ok been lagging a little and pretty tired. Still hitting the workouts at least every other day. Loving the pumps.

Weight has been he same this whole week at 182-183. Think end of week 3 is Friday.
Any way just wanted to check in real quick and say I just got my 300mg Test C injection for TRT. First one since I started this log. Damn it feels good. Back to normal for a while :)

On a different topic I'm going out for lobsters again tonight hopefully I'll get some this time. I'll post some pics if I do.
 
You only get it once every 3 weeks right? You should talk to your doc about increasing the frequency. At injections every 3 weeks your hormones are on a big ass roller coaster and that's no good. I would ask for at LEAST every other week. Once a week would be optimal.
Idk why they have you at such spread out dosing...

I would say no muscle loss so far for me and most def some fat loss along with strength gains

Im only down 5-ish and it could be due to lower calorie intake. Also I think it's from the cardarine. The epi-GH is keeping me strong, getting stronger even, despite the fact I'm leaning out.

I am trying really hard to eat more and more though because I didn't really wanna lose weight yet. I guess it's not terrible if it's just fat though.

Can't wait to do it myself. I'll probly just end up doing myself for now on after I start my T cycle.

Wow that would annoy the hell out of me. There's a clinic near me that does one free blood screen a year, and if you qualify for TRT you get it for free and HCG is like $10 or $20 per shot with insurance. Thinking about letting my levels plummet so I can get free HCG and 200mg test cyp each week hahaha.
My buddy did it, he claims he actually has low T but idk who he thinks he's fooling. You don't look like he does without being on something.
He wasn't expecting the initial prostate exam though...
 
There is actually a really good injection site near your hip. I haven't tried it but a lot of people say it's very easy and painless. Look up ventrogluteal muscle.

Day 22 Morning weight 182.2 weight has not moved from here at all.

End of week three. I have enough caps left to do 3 ed for the last week.
Im gonna go for it and see how I feel.
Week 3 was a little tired and groggy. Seem pretty hard to eat a solid 2800 cals ed.
The pumps were insane. Not much addition in muscle mass it seems after the first 15-16 days , lets see how the 3 caps do but Ill probly need to up my cals for that and add in something for the lethargy which has kinda been hit and miss on days. Ive seemed to have lost a noticeable amount of body fat in the mid section,the only place I really had it and toning up for sure.
Im going to lift heavier on this last week to.

My sleep during week 3 has been really bad and restless. Even tho Im super tired I cant seem to fall asleep or stay asleep.
I took some G8 the other day and got a good 12-13 hours so feeling good today.
Im going to skip my third dose today and start it tomorrow. sick of taking pills...

**My knees feel great right now even with all the stair climbing and full gear hiking. Quads are reaping the most gains from Epi-Gh so far and I needed it too lol.

I also want to say that aside from feeling tired i really like this product so much that I ordered a couple more bottles for a future run that I would like to stack with something to get a bit more mass out of it.

On a different subject I did get a few lobsters the other night and I will try to post them later, theyre pretty cool! Not such a difficult hike this time just a bunch of stairs. Water was terrible again,super cloudy with the hurricanes and storms on the west coast gulf really makes a sh*tty dive.

Sitting at 188.5 at the moment.

Today was the first day of 3 caps. That's 30mg of MK-677 & 225mg of Epiandrosterone.
Still feeling quite sleepy most of the time. Slept like another 10 hrs last night, greatful for that. Today was good energy.
The pumps today were sick! Super nice. I took no PWO or pump products today and the vascularity & pumps were awesome. Blowing up on traps tonight!
It's like I look totally normal and then as soon as I start to lift I blow up pretty good. Loving the way it's changed my look so far.
