Gharine is going to stimulate your appetite through the release of ghrelin in the stomach. If you want to eat everything in sight then grab some gharine and dose it in the am. No pantry or refrigerator will be safe!

Day 13

Back pumps - FML. Nothing crippling yet but def a pain in the ass. I need some taurine, hydration is on point.

Bumping to 60 mg Triumphalis and 200 mg 4andro TD tomo. I'm gonna start using an oral syringe for the alpha gainz 4andro because I can't get the squishy nipple on the dropper to pull up enough fluid to reach the 1 mL mark on the dropper. No biggie....

Otherwise smooth sailing, looking to shift into a higher gear. I'm gonna take a day or two off here and recoup a bit, give joints n tendons and other connective tissue a break. Things are achey which means 1 cap letrone ED is more than enough for me or I'm an aging old man and the change in the seasons is affecting me.

Day 15

Took two days off, ready to rip tomo. We've had two 7 month old kids in the house so its been anything but restful, but life's good. Tomo is football Sunday, shoulder/leg day, and also my Friday. Green Bay has another prime time game Monday night - go pack go!!

Have been at 60 mg and 200 mg triumphalis and 4andro respectively the past two days, will stay here a couple weeks dose wise. I struggled with appetite today but am pretty sure I cleared 6,000 yesterday (cheat meal included there) so maybe I over did it!

No BP spikes the past few days thankfully and only some dull back pumps which can make my often physical job a biatch but not overwhelming yet. That's it for now, happy Saturday kiddies!

Ya know I've never ran 4andro prior to this so I don't have the best frame of reference. I've had no lethargy to speak of and libido remains intact - if that's a sign of 4andro working then its doing its job. Today is day 17.

I applied 200 mg later in the afternoon today and it gave me a nice little zip of energy. I usually dose in the AM but couldn't today. I LOVE the salvo delivery system tho. I'm a somewhat vocal opponent of TDs but this stuff is a delight to apply and smells awesome.
 
Took the day off as I'm playing Mr Mom and am currently pacing around the haus waiting for MNF to kick off. Gonna whip some KC ass in prime time - go pack baby!!!!!
 
Day 18

Crrrrrushed chest n tris today. I AMP'd up my workout - can't say enough about that stuff. I felt guilty leaving cause there's still gas in the tank... killer mind/muscle connection too. Primo pump w/ the addition of my pump city pwo.

Stepped on the scale - 256. +11 lbs so far. Looking swole most all day.... gained a little fat around the midsection I'm thinking. Nothing i can't carve away in the next few weeks - still rockin a nice 4-pack :)
 
I love and hate a really good pre workout.

I always have more energy when leaving but I have to tell myself there's a point where I'm not doing any good anymore and I need to just leave. Lol

worth noting, im running 1 cap of inhibit-p daily. I had it laying around and I'm a support supp junkie. its unlikely to have an affinity for the progesterone receptor but playing this silly game we play - who knows what can cause what changes in all reality..

Yeah I brought a bottle of the inhibit-p from nutriverse for the $hits since it was on sale during the labor weekend. I'll probably run it... will trest cause prolactin issues?

Yes it can cause prolactin build up so a prolactin inhibitor as well as an AI is a good call.
 
Day 22

damn fellas.... been a tough few days. betwixt caring for a baby and work etc I've been outta the gym. also, my phone stopped automatically capitalizing letters to begin a sentence - kick a guy while he's down!!! really tho, I'm gonna share a quick mid point review on what I've experienced:

I noticed the triumphalis acutely in a few days. my first 30 mg dose day 1 had a strong stimulating feeling, couldn't sit still, jittery. this effect gradually wore off and is no longer an issue. by all accounts its quite mild thus far and I plan to push dosage higher.

I'm up 11 lbs, a small portion is fat. I've been around 4200+ cal a day and will likely dial this back a bit. the triumphalis has me feeling nice and swole tho. Despite a small bit of fat gain - I look damn good right now ;) appetite is fine and I find myself thirsty often (I drink 1+ gal of water a day).

libido is up and/or unchanged. no acne. no lethargy. some minor back pumps which make life a bit rougher for me as my work is often physical. nothing crippling yet thank goodness! some BP spikes early on but smooth sailing now. strength and endurance up, but nothing drastic. gonna push it this next week!

alpha gains 4andro TD is a smooooove product. beautiful solution, killer man musk smell, dries fast - seems to be doing its job as a "base" as well. currently at 200 mg (2 mL) first thing in the AM. I'm stoked to move up to 300 mg in another week.

supports are together and doing their job. I've added 1 cap inhibit-p daily. letrone had my joints poppin/crackin after about a week but its subsided - I take 1 cap nightly, great product. Achilles has been treating me better with each week. tudca at 750 mg daily.

I'm just entering week 4 fellas. gonna run 60 mg triumphalis and 200 mg 4andro for another week and will likely bump triumph to 75 and definitely 4andro to 300 mg (3 mmL). thanks for those who've been following/lurking and feel free to share any thoughts/ideas/observations.

PS: packers gonna squash those fleshy labia aka San Fran 49ers tomo - GO PACK GO!!!

ripped apart biceps and back last night. could've done rows all night felt sooo right. sapped every ounce of energy out of my biceps, could barely raise my key chain to unlock mai truck!

I'm breaking open bottle #2 of triumphalis. am I crazy for wanting to stack something for this last three weeks/month (depending on dose)?

I've got some nano mithras (also capped mithras and D1M) as well as SD (and eveything else, these are what I'm contemplating).

No doubt you are crazy but that's a good thing. If you're feeling great, I say stack it!
 
Some Superdrol would make this even more interesting! Do you have any progress pictures for the cycle so far?

What brand SD do you have? 10 mg ought to add some good gains without being unbearable. Maybe 20 for the last week to finish out strong if you don't feel like *ss.

lgi sd-10, phf super mass (5 mg caps), raw SD powder, and SD rebuild (7 mg caps). I may lean towards SD rebuild as the jar is open and might go 14/14/14 - again - to get a taste for what SD offers and if its something I wanna research furthur or unload what I've got
 
Why not go with Trest, maybe 100mg, it'll be easier on your liver than SD.
 
aaah ya know what... maybe next cycle I'll start with SD. seems I'd want that sucka out front and use the remainder of the cycle to work dem gainz to a semi state of permanency

Dang. I have been missing out not being in on this log... Lol at least I'm in now. Looking into stocking up on some methyldiazirinol (triumphalis) and sdrol for future use.

I think I'm hitting the stride with this stuff. chest and trips today - supersets supersets! had a rockin upper body pump - rock ass hard. **** I'm feeling good! why can't workouts/life always be like this!?!?! endurance is ON!

weight is steady at 254. I've backed off the calories juuust a touch and I'm looking better each day. libido is strong. maaaaybe a tiny bit of hair shedding, nothing I'm concerned about.

I bumped 4andro TD to 300mg and have enough to run out my cycle at this dose. I'm staying at 60 mg of triumph for a bit here but will go to 75 in a week or so and run her out at that dose.

Day 27

triumph in full swing. full. tight. lean n mean. feels ****ing great! today got brutal at work - was bent over a lot and working on a slope. back was/is quite tight. muscled thru a quick (and aggressive) back n bicep workout and headed home. I'll take the next 2 days off.

I've been doing a hundred pushups and sit ups daily as accessory work. feels good. bicep contractions were epic today - training on cycle is the chit and again I lament - why can't it always be this good!?!?
 
Day 31

damn a month in. time flies bros... I'm up another pound to 255 (surprised to see as my diet has been off past few days.) I think that's 12 lbs thus far.

I'm seeing some nice muscle separation and more defination as the cycle progresses. zero negative sides apart from some hair thinning and back pumps. I'm sleeping well, appetite is healthy, penis works as expected, etc.

back pumps seem to wax n wane. was hunched over running a chain saw the other day and it was brutal. spent the next couple hours hauling some stuff to town and sitting in a truck was anything but comfortable. I've been rediscovering the joy of long, deliberate stretching and that's been helping.

gotta count my caps and come up with a game plan for how to finish. I'm not opposed to busting open a 3rd bottle and running an 8 week cycle, finishing the last two weeks at 75 mg.

workouts have been phenomenal! having to drag myself out the gym.... hate to do it but oh well.

I read that after 60mg, it doesn't really give much more gains, so we will see.
 
Day 35

much of the same. gym sessions have been insane. chest/tricep day leaves me with some significant DOMS but they leave quickly.I feel like a woman whose tits are bouncing around as I sit in equipment slamming around pot-holey roads. painful but a good pain as you're all aware. plus iI like envisioning free/loosely supported breats swinging around on a lady. I ****ing love boobs.

nothing else significant to mention. I'm tiring of applying the alpha gainz 4AD TD but I've zero issues with lethargy or libido to deal with, all in all I feel GREAT. life is still keeping me busy and has lead to a less than stellar diet or WO sesh as id like but I'm keeping trim and taking care of business.

I'm about at that point in the cycle where I wanna hang out and drink a 6 pack :)

Day 38

been a few days at 75 mg - all's well. no BP issues and back pumps seem to come and go, manageable for sure. libido is nuts, energy is awesome, I feel great! the small bit of fat I had accumulated earlier on is gone and the scale is still tipping north, I was 158 lbs today. that's 15 lbs up so far!

did some insane volume today, kept all WOs to four sets however and reeaallly pushed out reps higher than usual. sick pumps, etc

so I have 5 days left at 75 mg. I feel so great I'm thinking I'll break open bottle #3 and make this a proper 8 week cycle, might even see what 90 mg offers. I actually took 6 xgels pre-wo today thinking I'd start PCT soon and wanted to get a jump start on feeding the ArA into my system but why stop now? I'm balls deep in this cycle so I'm gonna go a bit furthur.... I'm dropping the ArA so adding more triumphalis :)

I'm out of Alpha Gainz 4AD soon but have a bottle of FRL Alpha Bulk I'm adding in for these 3 additional weeks.
