What's up everybody,

So I was privileged enough to be selected to log Primeval Labs' product Epi-GH, a combination of epiandrosterone and MK-677.
For the past 2 weeks I have been using Olympus Labs UK's Ghar1ne at 10mg daily dosed before bed.
Epi-GH is dosed at 150mg epi and 10mg MK per cap, and I will be taking 2 caps a day. This will provide me with 4 weeks of product.
I think it will be to my benefit that I have already been utilizing MK 677 and now will be increasing the dosage to 20mg daily for a month. Will return to the ghar1ne after this log is over.

Also, just a few extra bits of information:
I am 6 feet tall even, about 220-225 pounds, I would put my body fat at low teens, probably 12-15% but have definitely gotten leaner since introducing MK 677 to my regimen.
Eating about 4000-5000 kcalories a day. For example yesterday I really went for it. Carbs 585g, protein 186g (should've had higher - need more whey), fats 160g.
I train typically with hypertrophy in mind. My first lift which is always my compound lift I go heavier in the range of 8-12 reps. After that I shoot for 15-20.
I train at different times of the day depending on work, classes, etc.
I'm thinking for morning workouts I will dose pre-workout and mid afternoon
Afternoon workouts pre-workout and pre bed
Evening workouts late morning and pre-workout.
Currently no cardio except for the multiple miles (literally) I walk each day back and forth between my apartment and various locations on campus.

Yesterday was an off day, which worked out well because I was out of town and not near a gym. I'm in a fraternity and we had our formal, which is basically a weekend vacation to somewhere fun with our invited dates. This year we went to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.
Anyways I just finished my hamstring workout, took 1 cap with pre workout and will take the second here in about 2 hours or so.
Workout went as follows:
Deadlift
Warmup 135x10, 225x5
Working sets: 3x315x10, 2x345x8, 355x6, 185x26

Leg extensions:
Single leg 65x20reps each leg
Both legs 120x20, 150x20, 180x20, 210x15, 245x12

Seated leg curls
80x20, 3x110x20

Standing calf press
90x20, 120x20, 150x15, 180x15, 210x10

Leg press
3 plates each side 20 reps
4 sets, 5 plates each side 20 reps

I felt pretty good the entire workout, usually I'm feeling pretty dead about halfway in and I have to really push myself to finish out strong.

Not very happy with the way I look in these pics but it's a starting point.

Also, I will be logging Primeval Labs cardarine alongside this, so once it arrives I will start that and include it in this log.
 
It is a solid platform to start from and mold it into what you wish. Keep killing it and never look back man.

Woke up this morning drenched in sweat. This has been happening almost every night since starting MK 677. Not sure if it's related or not but it sucks.
 
I've been lethargic all day; came home from class, ate food in bed, went grocery shopping, ate more food in bed, and have been there since. I should eat more but I'm not hungry. I've been really cold all day and my skin is sensitive. Not sure why I've been getting sick so easily lately.
I think I'll take cap 1 right now and my second cap post workout. Got some class work to do, even though I've been doing it all day while I lay here dying.
Also, my legs are sore to the point where I'm crippled. I look really weird when I'm walking because I'm basically just hobbling trying not to move my joints very much or even flex my hams and quads.
Chest tonight. Trying to get hyped and crazy...

Yea sounds like you are getting sick brother. Hopefully get well soon. The lethargy is real for sure with mk in my book, but that plus getting sick will really tank your energy. Vit-C to the rescue on blast.

Yep. Definitely notice the lethargy from MK especially now that I'm on 20mg instead of 10.
AND I'm out of vitamin C, and currently have no citrus fruits at my place. Time for another purchase even though I spent $91 of my allotted $100 for the week on groceries...

Workout was great.
I swear I had 10 new veins on chest and shoulders during my lift. Also good endurance, was able to complete a couple extra reps here and there that I probably wouldn't have been able to do 2 weeks ago.
 
Great session! I hate the sauna! I can sit in there for half an hour and not sweat.

Lol I'm dripping from every inch of my body within 5 minutes. I love it until I feel like I can't breathe (starts between 15-20 min so I started leaving at 15 min) and then my anxiety goes up and I have to go take a walk to the water fountain.

Postworkout last night. I gave blood today and then slept for about 4 hours so I think I'm going to skip my shoulder workout tonight and kick back in on legs tomorrow. I've barely eaten anything today anyway and should focus on that and recovering.
Also still going to make an appointment to see if I'm dying or anything. Lol

I went to a concert last night, so much fun!
Had one of my buddies pull me to the side at the pregame and tell me it looks like the epi gh is working really well for me, that I look really good. :)
Also while I was at the concert, some kid tried to push me away and dance with my girl, I pulled him away and shoved him, and turned around and didn't do anything more about it. Apparently he then punched me square in the back, but I didn't feel it, I was just told about it lol. Then he pushed me again and I turned back around and told him he really didn't want to do what he was doing, and I'd beat his a$$ so quick he wouldn't know what hit him.
He must've finally gotten a good look at me, seen that i had about 70 pounds of muscle over him, and got some sense in his head. It helped that all my friends were either about to hold me back or yelling at him telling him to screw off. He ended up shaking my hand and apologizing profusely and going back to enjoying the music.
I think I'm definitely feeling more "alpha" and aggressive after starting this. I wasn't out of control but if need be, I would've gone all out in fighting that little shrimp. Still had enough sense in my head to know that it wouldn't have been fair for him AND I probably would've gotten arrested even though I didn't start it.

Lol! Nope my main man Griz, if you like funky music similar to dubstep but much more groovy I highly recommend checking him out.
And yeah I didn't wanna be that jerk that tries fighting everyone in the mosh pit so I kept my cool but the kid was getting close to crossing that line where I don't care what happens next.
