Fail Safe Leg of Lamb Recipes?

To all the closest Jamie Olivers out here, anyone got ideas for cooking leg of lamb other than just baking or roasting it?

I am thinking of doing like a raghu tonight but cooking it in a pressure cooker first to save time. Its only a small leg so it will fit

My pet peeve is dry stringy meat so I will avoid that if at all possible. So if you have any go-to family favs please share I would love to hear it!

I know you didn't get any responses on here, but what did you end up going with? I have only tried roasting, but am open to hearing other ways.
