Best form of Choline

More likely to cross the blood brain barrier I'm assuming?

Yes. You asked for the best form of choline which is Alpha-GPC but you can use other less expensive forms of choline with racetams. I will always recommend Alpha-GPC over the rest.

Thank you. I had some choline bitartrate I was using with aniracetam, but I wanted to try pramiracetam this time. So I was thinking of going with a stronger form of choline since pramiracetam is stronger. Im new to nootropics and the aniracetam was my first one.

My favorite added benefit is the lil boost in strength I get from it.

Alpha-GPC has many good benefits.

Is there a physiological reason for it? Or is it more of an increased mind muscle connection thing from the extra acetylcholine?

More then likely just due to the increased mind muscle connection. Some of its other benefits are increased GH, mood boost, mental acuity and delays the aging process of the brain.

So on its own then, could Alpha-GPC be considered a mild nootropic if it can increase mental acuity on its own?

And I suppose as a guy with multiple concussions it would serve to be quite beneficial for me since it delays the aging of the brain.

And more GH is always good.

Besides the obvious (increase in PC), it increases levels of uridine (which improves mental health), which in turn further increases levels of Phosphatidylcholine among a host of other benefits. Also requires less (generally cheaper than A-GPC), and I don't care about GH.

Absolutely.

Alpha-GPC is not only my favorite choline source, but one of the staples I put at the top of my list. There are many benefits that have been mentioned here

I give a slight nod to CDP-Choline myself. I notice more of a difference in daily mood/productivity/focus vs. Alpha-GPC. The GH boosting effects of Alpha-GPC are interesting, but are extremely acute and I doubt they have much significance in the larger picture of things. That's not to say I don't like A-GPC, I certainly do, it comes in a close second to CDP for me.

I used to get phosphatized choline in the raw waxy liquid form. That's was like 2012. Just googled it quickly but couldn't find anything, dunno how that ranks up with other types
