Yeah it was awesome. They burnt the burgers too much but other than that it was amazing

I was disappointed that they overcooked the burgers as well. I think I enjoyed the taste more the first time and I was actually eating it super fast at the start. It could also be partially the fact it always tastes better your first time ha.

There are better places around to get poutine... I found a place that just makes poutine - all kinds of interesting combinations with diff meats & toppings. I may save it until mkretz comes back to visit.

There are a few solid places in London too,

Bomb poutinery inside an East end market here,

Smoked meat shop that has an insanely spicy burger I love, + great pulled pork and such

If it was closer I'd say to hit Montreal for some good eats

Filling and topping was good.... Can't get over the poor dough though and never enough filling IMO, wait till u see the filling in the donuts and sheer size of the donuts I get tomorrow

It was a double burger ha. But I did have at least 500 carbs there including the GF Pistachio Marscapone (night before) & the BnJ PB World
 
Doing the highest volume back/bi day I've ever done. One arm db rows with 70s sets were 1,2,3,4,5.......20,20,19,18,........1

And gonna hit a ton of bicep work and 10min of running. Last cheat was last Sunday... Should I shoot for a cheat tonight? Have I earned it???
 
I've got 1500 calls left. I'm thinking I'll grab something from the store that looks good (try to keep under 1k Cals) and a pint and call it good for the cheat this week
 
No I meant for what I should be eating lol my cheats are well over. I was just saying I had room to play with with my daily Cals anyway

Personally on cheat meals i dont count a thing at that given meal. If i want a burger i go get one or make one and dont count a thing
if i want a lasgana ill go have my grandma cook it because she is 100% italian lol. Probably not the healthiest but who cares, one meal aint going to make or break anyone on this webpage. none of us will get paid to track macros anyways.
Eat, Enjoy, and move forward. thats my motto on cheat meals.
 
dont just a meal by its caloric content. if you want a pizza get one. Eat till satisfied and move on
If you want lasagna go get some or make one, eat and move on.

That's what I'm doing. A slice of pizza, a Chinese meal for 1, and some ice cream. Been craving it hardcore. Lost 2 lbs this week since my last cheat on Sunday so I'm not too worried. I just overthink my diet which is exactly why I'm trying to enjoy myself a little bit before it becomes a problem

That's why I'm doing this. I've been obsessing over it for too long. I need a quick break before it turns into a major problem
 
Ate my cheat. And for the first time in awhile, I didn't actually binge on my cheat and ate what I bought and nothing more. Feeling pretty good honestly! Hopefully I can stay a little more relaxed and still drop some good fat. Btw, Ben and Jerry's peanut buttah cookie core, definitely a solid B. Just wish for a little stronger flavor in the base

Improving your relationship with food is the best part about your post. Having a bad relationship will cause some serious psychological issues and problems in the future. Food is fuel, it will always be there. Good on you for taking a mental cue!

But seriously TyMan14 a lot of us on the boards here have struggled with eating & image issues. Very easy to have a cheat turn into a binge, it is quite common. Just keep focused on the end goal that you want and take it slow. You can enjoy foods in moderation and still look good.

It's definitely been something I've been noticing the last month or so and i don't want to let it get out of hand. I'm trying to take a look at the Size of the cheats others are having success with, and portion out similar to that. My appetite is just crazy (easily 4500 cals of "clean" of "bro" foods on my bulks) so dieting has been really tough since I'm never full. But I've been drinking 2 bottles of water before every meal and that's helped tremendously. Time to get back to living a normal life without food controlling it!

Yeah, this has improved my digestion greatly.
 
The pic implies the cookie part is a cinnamon flavour ... If they did that right with a cream cheese filling = High Potential.

Totally agree. If the filling is Cinn, it'll just overpower the cookie. Fill it with super sweet creme and Cinn cookie and I'll prob crush them up and bathe in them.

I'm going to try doing this for a few weeks and see how it works for me. Digestive enzymes have helped me a lot, but more help is always appreciated.

It's worth a shot. I've been doing it for a while and notice a difference.

Yeah, give it a shot for sure.

I also use NOW Super Enzymes, which helps as well.

Damn weddings.. got to love how crappy wedding food is (Main entree) for most since its catered.

Usually the wedding cake sucks so I skip it and instead go for the best desserts on the table. Except my buddy's wedding, he got a maple syrup flavoured cake made by a close friend of his fam - FN legit. Only in Can-aid-ah!
 
What's the science behind avoiding water around whole food meals? When would one take their fish oil or vitamins, 20 minutes after?
