Hey guys haven't been on in a while but after moving and getting my life situated again I am trying to get back in the swing of things. I am doing a low carb diet, my only carbs come from vegetables. I think I'm going to do this for 3 weeks then slowly add specific carbs back in my diet. Any tips or pointers I would love to hear you're feedback.

I'm going to say this super low carb diet is a bad idea from the reading I've done. No expert here but I'm sure The Solution can give advice here.

Why not just slowly reduce your carbs when dieting and keep them as high as possible while losing weight
The primary goal of cutting is to keep kcals as high as possible and still lose weight, This helps keep a happy and healthy metabolism and more importantly gives you plenty of room to make adjustments when you stall

If you do the opposite and tank your kcals or jack up cardio right away, when you stall and hit a plateau you have no other options because you are already at bare minimums

If you tolerate carbs utilize them, if you dont try a higher fat diet. Most people have a fear of carbs when in reality they utlize them well and help them with energy, better and optimal performance in the gym, but give them a bad image
