First Pinning Cycle Log

I can attest to the awkwardness of that exercise ("drag curls" or something like that) but i can also say that it is a great exercise once you start to get the hang of it

I'll definitely give it a try! My elbows and wrists aren't the greatest so it will take some getting used to for sure.

14/15%. I'm just comparing a few areas/factors against myself at various stages when I have had DEXA scans.

That's about what I'm thinking. I hope to be about 10-12% by the end of this cycle, but there's still a long ways to go withTest and then Tren and some other goodies I may or not be thinking of adding in.. Lol

For me it was just the motion of pulling my elbows behind me as I moved the weight up my midsection. But you know you're doing it right when your biceps start burning like all hell.

Yeah, I'll be hoping to get down to 10% for summer down under. Lowest I ever got naturally was 12.2%. Getting big for me is easy, eat and train hard - getting lean is where I struggle. Of course the bigger you are the more it helps that "percentage" of your overall body composition.

You should easy get there with some tren man, scary stuff though. I'll be doing six weeks of epi or Anavar as a finisher and start cutting down on some calories at about week 10. By then I should be a monster ahaha.

Good gym session today. Feeling strong, good pump, and good energy. I think I may have lost some extra vascularity during work outs since stopping the Tbol. I can still get a pretty good pump without it though.

Just ordered my Caber.. Now I just need the Tren! Lol I am going to wait to order the Tren probably, because if it's sitting at my house I'll use it immediately.

Wow, some big numbers here! Shrugs with 380 lbs ? I would poop my pants trying. Good job!

I forgot to mention I am doing shrugs and rack pulls with straps now. Also, my shrugs are on this thing which is a lot easier than a barbell. But thanks man!

Ah, that explains it. None the less, very good numbers!

Shrugs with straps really puts the work on the traps and takes it away from the grip. Which also means bigger weight. I use straps doing heavy DB shrugs too.

Great workout up there man.

Thanks guys!

Yeah before I got new straps, I could barely hold the weight for the shrugs for more than a few reps so it was almost useless. I use straps on things like heavy sets of dead lifts, shrugs, and rack pulls where I want to focus on the main muscle and not gripping the weight. On lighter and warm up dead lifts I won't use them.

I've been leaving my straps at home lately to build my forearms and grip strength. I only use them now for barbell shrugs and I wait to put them on until I'm using 315lbs and up. Already seeing improvement in grip strength and even forearm size i think. Plus at the end of my workouts my veins are all fighting to see which can pop out from under my skin first. Lol
But straps are a blessing when you're not trying to worry about your grip.

Lol I feel your pain bro I'm waiting on my DNP to clear customs so I can drop as low as I can before I start my cycle. Everything else is gonna be here this week and I don't know if I can wait...gonna hurt my soul.

Dat DNP's gonna hurt more than just your soul lmao

You're gonna be covered in sweat all day with that DNP! Lol

I really want to improve my forearm size so I am going to try and only use them like you said on anything over a certain number.

Yeah, give it a try and let me know how you like it. Grip strength is good functional strength to have anyway!
After a while my forearm veins started staying out all day every day, not just during and after a workout. I imagine with the drier compounds you're running such as tren and so forth you'll experience this even more than me.
Forearm size makes you look proportional too.
All around goodness. :D
My rule is if I can do it without straps, I do.

That's the plan brother lol got some weight to cook off my arse wanting some lean and mean action on this cycle got tren, prop, test e, Winny and DNP !

I did Legs Hyper tonight, I'm feeling stronger everyday. Even though my leg days are short I'm still limping out of the gym most days, so I'm okay with that. Lol

Leg press
190-5x10
205-5x10

Smith calf raises
110-20,20,18,18,16

Squats
135-8
185-8,7,7

Leg extensions
145-12,12,11 drop 130-6

Similar to my Leg workouts. Simple yet effective. I'm not one to destroy myself with too many jumps and lunges and craziness. Push weights and be done.

All my gear is here now and I still have to cut for at least 6-8 weeks. I can hear the tren calling my name! Damn beer and its many calories of goodness !

I haven't had a beer in what seems like forever. I tend to drink spirits when I go out now, I somehow feel better about it even if there is some coke or whatever in there.

Agree on the leg day, I hog a squat rack for an hour, do some leg press and then one accessory type movement usually extensions although I've been using those girly machines lately to strengthen my inner thighs for karate. I can crush the stack ahahaha.

Hahahahahah!! Beast mode on the Hip-Abductor.

They do work good though.

Adductor works your inner thighs. Abductor works glutes

^^^ what he said. I just call them the girly machines. I love seeing lycra covered snatch in there lol. I am supersetting them usually as they are right next to each other.

My gym's adductor/abductor machines go both ways, so I superset them too but don't even have to get up, just alter where my starting point is, either out for abductors or start in for adductors

I've seen a dude go from pressing all the 45 plates within forty feet of the leg press and then hit up the "girly machines". It just felt dirty for some reason lol

Lol I hardly ever see anyone using those at my gym, I've never even tried one seriously before.. I can't even figure out how to do the adductor.

I work out at Mizzou's Rec center... You can't look up from your machine without seeing an incredibly gorgeous girl that makes have very very dirty thoughts...
Probably a little testosterone talking but ugh. Talk about constant distractions.

Okay so today I woke up at 209.6 pounds. I'm going to up my calories to about 3800. I made it through the day with a good amount of energy, which is fairly new to me. Lol I'm feeling awesome in the gym lately.

I didn't have a spotter so I had to stop a rep short just to be safe.

The past two nights I have slept straight through the night, it is either the cycle or an act of God because that hasn't happened in a while. I didn't take a single thing to help with sleep. The first night I woke up once but fell back asleep in less than a minute and didn't even get out of bed.

My weight was down to 208 pounds this morning.. The only time I wake up heavier is if I eat like 4500 calories on back day. Lol

Currently contemplating suicide because of my Calc and Humanities homework.. only thing keeping me alive is the gym later. Maybe I should change my major lol

Mannnn I know the feeling I was coding for 8 hours at a time last semester for object orientated programming class. Gotta keep my stims flowing non stop lol keep on keeping on brother

Joints are kinda achy tonight, I thought about skipping a day of Adex but there is a cold front that's supposed to be coming through so that could be why. Lol I feel like an old man.
