Tried to make up for missing yesterday. Crammed back and legs in to a high paced session this morning. Finished in 49 minutes. Groupings done in b2b ssets. No resting except when I changed lifts.

193.7 lbs from 210

24.6% bf from 32 %

Bmi from about 31 to 28.4. Not sure exactly how this number is figured but my scales give it to me

More updates throughout the weekend. However this is a crazy weekend for me so full review/write up will probably not happen until monday
 
So far so good today fellas. I'm packed and ready to roll after finals. Got my supps , trx, kbell, and running shoes. Packed a couple cases of water. Lots of tuna. Some rice cakes. But on the flip side I also grabbed some ravioli/denty more canned foods and box of pop tarts. No idea what schedules like as far as free time goes. Routine up in a few everyone

I was on four weeks. I have a few doses still also. I just prefer to always take things 4weeks at a time then break off so it doesn't lose its effectiveness. The bottle came with 45 pills and i only took one a day in the beginning.
 
Headed home now. Was ba!!! But with that said I've learned a valuable lesson this weekend. The stuff those guys are doing....ain't nothing I can't do. And the amateur series guys I know I can do a better job than a lot of them. I may have found s car and driver. I just gotta build it. Time will tell my friends

I try and do the same thing when I'm on vacation. It's hard to flip-flop your wake up times.
 
Fukin wrecked shyt up in there this morning worse than the titanic. Now I'm doing it a lil different this week. Before u guys see my sessions I just wanna go kill it all week while the opportunity presents itself. Over training-got it. Prolly doing to much-got it. But I'm having fun. This morning was a blast. Coming in at 2hrs 10 minutes tossing plates around. Feeling fantastic. Lemme get my shake squared away and I'll post my routine today

Ok so my final thoughts on progress and effectiveness:

The first thing I'm inclined to say would be results aren't typical but I managed to produce numbers much like these a long time ago when I logged px black. Results were then and still today are phenomenal. So I'd like to thank the guys over at Finaflex primarily for being consistent in the field with effective ground breaking products.

Secondly I'd like to say holy cow did u see my numbers?? They alone speak for themselves. A lot in the first 10-12 days was a lot of water due to poor diet but weight is weight none the less

In closing I have to say I'd def recommend it. It's kind of a good slash pill. Good as a pwo when u wake up(I was on no other stims at all so it did the trick alone)/good appetite control/good thermogenic qualities/good for energy and focus when the afternoon is catching up with u after a 3 am start.
