I have a rather large mate who weighs around 110kg+ and he is slightly taller than me (170 cms)
He won't tell me his weight because he's ashamed and I have no clue about what he eats but he will listen to me about tips which is why I'm here, we're both 17 and for the last 2-3 months and doing basically the same as me and I do bodybuilding reps and excercises, I want to know what supplements burn fat the fastest and what will give him the fastest results so he can get motivated. He has been getting extremely strong extremely fast, his legs are insanely strong and the first time he did a leg press he got too 474 kgs. Obviously not full reps but he could have gone heavier, he does 108 kgs leg extensions which is the max on the machine and he now leg presses around 230-350 kgs for normal reps. He has been progessing in strength at a crazy weight and says that has put on weight since he started. He started off struggling on a 27 kg cable tricep press now he does 77 like its nothing and can do one rep of 91 which Is the max without increments, however the form appears wrong to me but he says he still gets a burn out of it, he is reluctant to do shoulder with me for some reasons and he prefers doing excercises in which he is stronger than me in, as if he is trying to prove something. Any tips, criticism and roasting will be accepted and considered and I would like to know what the best fat burner is and if pure carnitine is more effective than an 80 tub of fat burner off eBay and what a good fat burner is. Neither of us use AAS or plan too. Thanks for the advice and sorry about the spelling haha

Tell your boy that there aren't any fat burners out that can outrun his fork. So tell him not to eat like a goon and he'll shape up easily. Then when he's got all that figured out, a fat burner will help nicely.

A pill will not give him the body he wants if he can't eat right. Supplements are a very small part of the big picture, something you both will learn if you stick with it. Extremely helpful and effective, when added to proper diet and training.
