Standard PUs on the way in, weighted on the way out. Nice.
 
Today's routine. I tried to hit shoulders from every angle possible. And squeeze in some cardio. I finished in 72 minutes which means I can fit this exact work out in Monday's b4 class.

Rev seated incl press/under hand grip forward cable raise. Seated press here is as close as I can get to a cage press mimic as far as body position and movement goes.

Now the whole work out has been focused on light weight and tut up to this point. And so far my shoulders are feeling much better and healthier than normal. But just to move something heavy I fished off a lil heavier.

I am aware this post is dated, but what are your goals and how is this stack treating you?
You said you only get roughly 5 hours of sleep a night, so how does that coincide with taking G8?
 
Mostly my goal is to be healthier/fitter than I was yesterday. But a more definitive goal is bmi/bf%/lbs reduction across the board. And so far far it's treating me fantastic. 2 weeks in and 11 lbs 7% bf down. 50%supps and 50% diet if u want my honest opinion. And yes 5 hrs is typical. I take 1/2 scoop g8. With out it those 5 hrs I usually rack are not quality hrs of sleep
 
Yeah your diet seems quite healthy from what you have posted. If you are trying to shed pounds however, I don't know if I would be on creatine, since you can accrue 'water weight' on it. What blend of creatine does Finaflex' creatine consist of?
 
I take three scoops creatrona. They also have a new blend out but it has caffeine and I'm trying to avoid all stimulants to make this log as legit as possible. And I'm aware of water retention but it's a staple in my supp regiment. I'll sweat it out
 
And blend types and nutrient info one of the reps following my log would be a better go to than I. I'm sure one of them will hop in and answer that part before long

I like my steak in the lots-of-oz area too.

I had almost a pound ground turkey burger last night. It was amazing.
 
Man got a good arm session in this morning. Gotta get everything ready and prepped for class. Hopefully I'll have time to post pre-class. If not I'll get it up at lunch

Just killed my mid morning snack.
1 hb egg
1 hb egg white
1/16(ish) cup almonds.

I eat this at 10 & 2
I start with 1/8 cup almonds and kill 1/2 per break. Starting sometime b4 the end of the week Imma add another hb egg white
