Yeah man , I am lucky I track my macros pretty tight all year, and don't get that fat, I mean After my legs Those are taking some time to gain the muscle back I lost in the 4 months not training them but I always have veins in my abs , and chest and front delts even when I get my BF climbing and my endurance is improving a lot. GVT for next few weeks will be solid addition as well
 
Today's workout after a 14 hour foot post. Holy Hell the first two sets were a struggle I was really stiff and not on that much sleep. This month overtime is going to be bananas, Pope is coming to NY, so is the president and United nations General Assembly.
lots of footpost, not a lot of sleep but lots of overtime which is GREAT

Workout

Squats- 335 6x6
Deads- 435(6)x2 455,465,475(6)- These were super fast, all dead stop all conventional pull.
Overall doesn't look like a lot but it was and my strength is climbing weekly.

So even though I didn't get all that much rest and was under my macros, Still went in hit my numbers and crushed it as doug miller likes to say

Pull Ups- BW+25(8) BW+50(5)BW+60(5)BW+65(5) BW+75(4)
Reverse Grip pulldown- 200,220,240,260(8) PR
Chest supported Seal row set up- 3plates +10(6)x4 sets
HS ISO HIGH ROW- 130,140,150(6) 155(7)
Side laterals(loose but heavy) 55(8)x3 sets- Done Doug miller/marc lobliner style

Overall great workout again feeling strong
Recovery is great, nothing bad to say
 
Today's workout KILLER

Squats- 365 -6 sets of 5 reps- most controlled reps I have ever done with 365 with knee sleeves(no wraps)
Sumo paused deadlift- 495(5)x2 sets

Leg extensions- 180(15)x3 sets
Leg Ext 21's style- 3 sets with 95lbs(these are insane)
One set of BFR Leg ext 75lbs(15 reps x3 sets)
Lying LEg curls- 180(12)x3 sets
Seated leg curls- 125(12)x2 sets

Today was great wild pump! Strength feels good happy with the way everything is progressing
 
I was tempted to try the 21's on the leg extensions for my leg day today. I decided against it, I like to walk :D
today's workout was insane HAD GVT planned spoke to my buddy Kyle Glickman (muscletech sponsored athlete) and He has been running a Meadows workout plan customized and spoke with john and doing some Ben Pakulski style stuff as well so here was my leg workout and it was TOUGH pump was painful.

Squats- 315 4 sets of 10 reps(50 second rest periods) this was wild
Walking Lunges 20 steps each leg- 80lb,80lb, 100lb(barbell)
Leg Extensions 21's- 120,140,140
BFR Leg Ext- 2 sets of 4 minutes Wrapped(20, 12,10)
Lying Leg curls- 150,160,160(12) 35 second rest periods
Seated Leg curls- 120,130,140- 40 second rest periods

Calf Raises- 4 sets of 12 reps
BFR calf raise- 3 sets of 15 reps wrapped for 6 minutes---brutal

Overall great workout today!

Today's sleep deprived workout

Got about 4.5 hours last night which is about 1-2hours less then I like to get I can definately function on 5.5-6.5 but 4.5 is tough.

anyway have 2.5 hours of overtime possibly 5 depends on my assignment.

PUSH workout
295 4 sets 6 reps/ 300(6) 300(8 last set)
45 Degree Incline Dumbell press(paused at the bottom) 95(7)x3 sets
Incline Dumbell flies- 40(12)x3 sets

Flex Lewis style side to front raises- 20,25,27.5,30(12)
Standing One Arm military dumbell press- 50,55(10) - felt great to do these again!

CG machine Press SS with cable side laterals- 3 sets of 12 reps-wild pump
Overhead Seated dumbell Ext 80(12)x3 sets with 30 second rest periods SS with VBAR pressdown- 60(12)

today was great! Crazy Pump just got the new cellucor Alpha Amino X in TASTE IS well.... Great as expected!

today I am out of alpha max, full review to come. Really like it strength and recovery on point final review to come soon
