Clown's New Capped Finaflex Stimul8 log

I have been monitoring my weight, body fat... with an Omron home scale. I know they are not too accurate, but I figure that using the same scale at the same time of day it should give me an idea of changes in bodyweight and body fat... So with that being said in the last three weeks I have lost 3% body fat while losing no bodyweight. This is a fantastic confirmation with what I have been seeing in the mirror.

Started meadows' Incinerator today. Looks like a fun program. I will input the workout when I'm at my computer, but it looks to be a fun ride. I am looking forward to the secondary days as well.
 
Haven't played too much with Giant sets. Do you find you like them?

They can be really intense. And a giant set could make up a really nice secondary day.

I had decided before beginning these that I was going to do sets of 5 explosively. Last week, I had completed 60 reps using a 3 reps EMOM for 20 mins. This week I decided to do 5 reps EMOM for 15 mins, so I hit 75 reps.
295x5 for 15 sets

I have to say the two caps of Stimul8 is still working wonders for me. Its giving me a ton of energy in the gym and no stim side-effects that I have gotten from other products in the past.
 
I'm a little late to the party, what is a football bar? And how is stimz treating you?

I'm using FinaFlex Stimul8 which is their PWO. Stimz is their Fat Burner I believe.
I'm loving the PWO Stimul8!!

I'm loving the football bar. It's like a Swiss bar but with fat grips and angled handles. Feels great on the elbows and wrists then the straight bar right now. My elbow has been a little funky for the last while.

LGD, Alpha Stano, Dermacrine and GW have kicked in and I'm feeling good!
Have great pumps going and thanks to the new addition of the Dermacrine on top of the Alpha Stano the lethargy is vanishing completely.

Took two caps of Stimul8 in the morning to get the ball rolling, and then two more PWO. Worked amazing!!

Especially if you are Running down the I95! You'd need all the Stimul8 you can get!!!
 
I have to say that I am really liking the split dose of Stimul8. I am taking two caps upon waking, and then two PWO in the afternoon. The Stimul8 is really helping with any lethargy from the LGD I have been experiencing, and also making the workout intensity really high as well.

Today was a rest day.

I think I will be focussing on a 6 day per week workout schedule whenever possible. I will be continuing with the Meadows' Incinerator program with a base of four days and then adding two pump days- one for chest and shoulders, and another for back. I will be trying to leave Fridays as a rest day, and Saturdays dedicated to hard leg work.
 
Sounds like a great plan. I am rolling with 7 on 1 off, but finding it is a bit of a grind. If anything I will drop the second leg day though - that said its when I work on my front squatting - which is brutal lol

Great progress so far! Do you get any cold sweats with the Stimul8? I used to with the powder (at 3/4-1 scoop). Not horrible, but noticeable

Not cold sweats, but I find I will get chills easier or goose bumps. I assume its the vasodilation? Only lasts for a few minutes soon after taking the dose and then subsides quickly.

Sometimes I will be sweating like crazy and that cool feeling comes over me... its actually so nice when dying in the garage!

My shoulders and chest were thrashed and filled with blood at this point, so came in and wolfed down 10oz of sliced Thai Beef. That hit the spot just perfectly.

After reading some of the threads about GW, I have decided to decrease my dosage back to 14mg. I am not seeing any negative effects to the 21mg, but if I get the same effects with a lower dose as some people are finding then I don't see why not.

This was a nice tough workout for me. Turned into cardio as much as weights. I am going to be doing this workout every "Pump Day" for the next while. I will be continuing the Meadows' Incinerator program base workouts each week, and then run Breezy's workouts afterward. This will give me two rest days per week.
 
I just emailed this entire workout to me to slightly mirror tomorrow. Looks fun.
 
I decided not to go in today because of my long work hours starting this morning, but I'm still going to do it.
