2 or 3 caps of Ep1c preworkout?

I've heard people say both, and some taking 2 pre and one post? Thoughts?

I found no evidence after 2 weeks of 3 caps to warrant a reason to recommend. Just didn't get a greater response. However- stacking with the Transdermal in the Unleashed version did give me a much more profound pump and IMO better recovery.

Agree with the latter statement. Never tried dosing high with caps.
