Ya wasnt trying to make light of your situation, lord only knows ive been there before. Hell I'm struggling to get back on my feet after a recent job loss. Found a new job and am digging out as we speak. If you really want to improve your life you will find a way!
 
Agreed. And I'm working on it. Today back to the norm so to speak. The past two days diet/training were off. Today I'm back on track. Backs a little jacked up this morning so umma ride the day out and make the call on going to the gym once class is over
 
Awesome.. curious to see how late in the day you still feel the effects

Tbh I missed dosing the previous two days cause I accidentally left the bottle in a place I couldn't get to which sucked at the time lol but today taking two pills after two days off its pretty stout. So I'd say gimme a day or two and I'll have a more accurate response for the full affect of dosing @ 2 pills
 
I still haven't tried the double dose protocol yet ..... and I am a sim junkie ;) Glad its serving you well.
As for life handing you a steaming pile of sh*t .... I too have been there. Made some poor choices a few years back that resulted in me being out of work and otherwise unemployable for 3 whole years! That was NOT fun! Just now getting back into the job world after improving my situation .... starting over at 44yrs old sucks .... but the alternative is worse. Adapt and overcome .... its the hardships and trials of life that make us strong. When all else fails go hit the iron .... without the cathartic release of my 'iron therapy' I likely would not have made it through ..... if I can do it so can you. Keep at it brother !
 
I'm trucking through all of it thankfully. I'm just ready for some change and it's finally happening. But I appreciate all the words of wisdom fellas. And I agree with out the gym I'd have a much harder time coping.
 
Today I combined arms and back into one routine. My back still isn't feeling great and I missed yesterday at the gym cause it felt even worse. Routine up a lil later
 
Another decent day back to the norm. Been swamped with school though. Lots of posts and updates throughout today and the weekend.

So I been rocking the double dose all week. I dosed 2 x daily. 1@330am the other at 11am. Which is about perfect for me. Right amount of appetite suppression and enough to keep me cruizin throughout the day. I also tried double dosing 1x daily at 10 am. Makes me have 0 appetite and no desire @ all to eat. So I def prefer the split daily dosing

Another thing I'd like to say about Stimz that I really haven't mentioned. It's thermogenic effects. I been talking tons about the appetite suppression and leaving that out. It does a good job though. Regardless of the anmount of work I'm doing if I'm drinking the normal amount of water that I drink then I'm constantly sweating
 
Hung pull up bars in my kitchen door way. No eating without doing 5 pull ups every time i go into and leave my kitchen
 
I hear you on the sweating, heckuva thermogenic effect!
 
When u get up at 330 through the week there's really no sleeping in. Cardio and mobility up on the agenda today

Usually I'm up early on the weekend too, just from habit. Sucks...
