Brainfog - What is the best supplement out there for this?

Hi,

What is the best supplement to help deal with brainfog?

I know there are some good supps out there and what I am looking for is something that could help with a more rapid thinking and mind alertness.

I have tried DEMIURGE in the past but found only the first bottle to be effective after it came out,

I am sure there are many out there who has tried several so please let me know which are good,
 
I use to take focus xt by sns before tests if I was tired and it helped me with energy and helped me think better.

(Focus XT is in my cabinet right now as a pre workout, i like it a lot)

Anything more like a Daily supplemet as a vitamin supplemet?
Something that helps over time more than just for a few hours or preworkout?

Vital1ty has phosphatidylserine in it at a hefty dose and low price. Theres a slight chance NP might still have it at a bogo price with the hydro3 bundle

I'm a fan of Focus XT but I find it very subtle. My new fav is AGGRO by C&P. Comes on smooth but is much more noticeable and lasts about 3-5 hours depending.

If you're looking for something to take daily, I'd look into bacopa. Studies show that it works better after 8-12 weeks than 4-6 weeks.
 
Noopept xt and alpha gpc will help. Alcar daily will have nice cumulative effects as well. 1 gram am and 1 gram pm.

Without a doubt AGGRO. Taken before interviews and before tests is also good aside from the feeling in the gym or just because! Only other thing that makes me feel really good is Dmaa
 
Noopept xt is great for this! Here is my log for it! I destroyed my licensure test with this stuff!

Bacopa or vinpocetine are the best supplements I've tried for brain fog (not at the same time...major headache when I did that as I believe both are very strong vasodilators).
