For those who enjoy a stronger brewed coffee this is right up your alley. If you like chocolate guess what you get the best of both worlds. If you prefer a lighter coffee seek out Brewed to Matter or Cafe Au Lait & Beignets. I would also consider Haagen Dazs Tiramisu as a finer coffee base if you are not into a darker roast/bold tasting coffee. Overall I have 0 complaints with this. As a coffee and chocolate fan it satisfied both aspects in one pint offering. An incredible coffee base from fresh beans in Maine, and massive chocolate mix-ins scattered throughout the pint with Ghiradelli flavoring.

Although most people will be foaming at the mouth for Pumpkin Spice everything soon, on Monday August 31st, a brand new peanut butter infused donut has caught my eye. Dunkin will be serving the Reeses Peanut Butter Square starting this Monday, alongside of their fall pumpkin classics.

The Reeses themed donut is a square shaped donut, loaded withe peanut butter and topped with chocolate icing and an orange icing drizzle. A Pumpkin Cheesecake square is also debuting alongside. Stuffed with pumpkin cheesecake filling, topped with orange icing and graham, this fall inspired donut will fit in perfectly alongside all of the pumpkin spice beverages hitting Dunkin on Monday as well. This of course includes Pumpkin coffees, lattes, and Coolatas, as well as pumpkin donuts, Munchkins, and muffins.
Dunkin has really been aggressively expanding their stuffed square shaped donut concept. They have also been following on to the latest co-branding train that Taco Bell has been riding hard in recent years. The Reeses Peanut Butter Square follows on the heels of the recent Oreo Cheesecake Square Donut, and the more rounded Chips Ahoy! Crunch donut.
 
After all the seasonal donuts from DD, my hopes are not high. They are kinda like KK With very light and minor in doughness to them. Very light and airy. Ill probably give it a shot though.

Weight loss is all messed up. Gonna enjoy one more cheat and dial in a few weeks to get the ball rolling again. Today's choice, my college cafe (Scott cafe). It's 9 dollars all you can eat and I'm just gonna have them gill me chicken sandwiches til I'm stuffed. They also have a sandwich bar and some pizza. Thinking post workout from leg day having a piece or two of their pizza, a super thick meat loaded sandwich, some grilled chicken sandwiches, and a coupe cake squares from the desert table. Then a pint of talenti caramel cookie crunch. That should do it pretty well. Got a couple pills of Anabolic pump on deck for all the carbs

Caramel cookie crunch is mediocre from many reviews and personal experience to me .

Choc peanut butter cup is incredible. I had that a few weeks back. I'll see what I can find around here. I've already sifted through the Ben and Jerry's flavors
That sounded appealing to me so I need new options. I've had talenti ccc, cpbc, and the southern butter pecan (I think that's what it was) so I'm down to try some new stuff today! Last cheat for a couple weeks. Needs to be good

Really liked PB Half Baked - best BnJ I've had I think.

Half baked is excellent. Bout to start my leg workout. Still need ideas for more flavors to try today! Got all the way to my school gym (25 min drive) and my headphones are dead:/ not sure how this is gonna go. Lol

Coolhaus Chocolate marzipan cake us good, I would not say great though. B/B+

The cake pieces are great, but the base falls a bit behind... If only it was GF Dark Chocolate base with those cake pieces....oh Fuk, instant A!

I am usually jealous of all the American goodies, but there are some legit places in Canada too. The veal and deep dish are my go-to cheats but had not gone to the dessert place with the waffles in a while. It is actually a chain and each location makes their ice cream on-site. I used to go there and get a waffle weekly in high school lol.

However, the donuts were from two separate gourmet shops in Buffalo & Niagara Falls (on the US side).

Reese's Peanut Butter Square, which is just as it sounds: a square doughnut that's filled with the delicious peanut butter treat, topped with chocolate and orange icings

My thoughts: Donut provides a great chocolate glaze which is a real strong milk chocolate flavor. the overall texture and density of the doughnut is much richer than the previous Oreo exclusives or general donuts from Dunkin Donuts (not soft , airy like krispy kreme). The Peanut buttercream filling has a 70/30 Peanut butter/chocolate ratio IMO. its good, but not strong enough to surpass a mom&pop shop donut. Grade: B

Pumpkin Cheesecake Square, which puts pumpkin cheesecake as doughnut filling with plain topping and graham cracker crumbs, plus orange colored icing and white drizzle

My Thoughts: The outside donut is richer in dough taste and has a denser texture which is great compared to the previous Oreo exclusives. the oustside shell reminds me of a typical fried cake with an orange glaze that has no real added flavor besides a typical vanilla. The Pumpkin Cheesecake filling is pretty good. You get a good mix of Libby's pumpkin + clove/ginger/nutmeg/cinnamon aftertaste. is this the strongest pumpkin donut or cream? no, but it is pretty good. if you love pumpkin like myself it is worth a shot : B-

Overall this was different from what I expected reading just the label. Does it top the copious thick caramel swirl loaded in Haagen Dazs Pralines and cream? I would say HD gets a slight edge due the that swirl factor, but the pecans in this pint were superior in flavor with a sugary coating and caramel aftertaste. The base provides elements of nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar on top of a strong caramel flavoring. I was skeptical since nuts are one of my least favorite mix-ins, but with how well the base and mix-ins complimented each other it shocked me. New Orleans takes a basic combination and enhances the flavoring by a large margin. While this may be something you may pass when seeing the amount of selections offered off the New Orleans line, I would highly suggest giving this a scoop.

The massive amount of mix-ins may turn some people away because not everyone enjoys a heavy loaded pint. The Cherry addition was also surprising but have turned some people away from this selection. Some individuals prefer to enjoy more ice cream than mix-ins. If you love chocolate, like having more chocolate added to chocolate with Almonds, Marshmallow's, brownies, and malt balls you will be in heaven. While the mix-ins of each are sparing, the fudge swirl sticks out among the crowd.
