hi i been just browsing around tryna learn and what not and i finally musterd up enough courage for my 1st post. im a 28 yr old female 5'7" 105lbs and today i took a inbody230 analysis and was kinda concerned with my results. i how accurate is this machine because according to this i only have 3%bodyfat which i no is impossible. o my trajning consists of bodyweight exersizes and mma and muay thai classes. my goal is to build more muscle and stay lean. any helpful input is appreciated ?

Bodyfat % tests all have their flaws, reading is wrong for a woman for sure.

If you had a photo we could better tell you, if you wanted to know.

Staying lean is all on your diet, do you track your intake?

I'm assuming you are supplement-free as well

To build muscle your best bet is to add some weighted resistance training into the mix but maybe just 1-2 days a week on top of all your other training, to not impede your performance there while recovering

i confess i dont keep track my macros starches and veggies make me constipated so i dont eat much of them but i do eat a shetload of chicken eggs fish nuts avocados coconut oil cheese etc...and i supplement with bcaas protein powder and preworkouts. thanks in advance

Not sure why you can't upload pics. It's pretty easy.

when i tryed from my phone it says something about its to big the file butt idk how to make the file size more smaller. and when i actually got to a computer it just wouldnt upload

Does your iPhone app show this screen? Pick a smaller size if you get that error about being too large. For this photo I picked "medium".
