Powerlifting pump!

Hey guys I want to say thanks to Olympus labs and GNO for giving me the opportunity to log HYDRO3, I currently am lifting 4 times per week but high school football is starting up so it might be changing to three times per week since coaching basically takes over my life. I'm really trying to improve my big three right now so I am running three heavy days with a fourth hypertrophy/bodybuilding day. Right now im not deadlifting, i hurt my back to the point that I couldn't put my socks on my feet, so for the next 9 weeks deadlifts will be replaced with rack deadlifts to take some stress off the lower back. I love lifting heavy but there nothing better than getting a sick ass pump in the process.

Stats
Age: 25
Weight: 255-257
Bench: 340
Squat: 455
Dead: N/A

Hope you guys give me a follow!

Hit a really short/quick bench workout tonight

Right now I am dosing 4 caps of HYDRO3 preworkout, I might push it to 5-6 later this week, I dose the same every workout and stack it with various preworkout.

Workout #1

2 second pause bench: 6 sets of 3 @ 275
Machine bench: 4 sets of 8-12 @ 100,115,130,145x12 slow and control
BB Shoulder press: 4 sets of 10,8,6,4
@ 95, 135, 155, 175 ( only got 3 on last set) dropped to 135 and hit 4 more. Chest was full and the GF complimented me about the veins in my biceps so that's always good :) overall it was good to get into the weight room and work off my best friends wedding from last night.

Didn't have time to squat last night so I rocked them out quick today
Squats: 6 sets x 4 reps at 365
Overhead DB Squats: 4 sets at 10 reps each arm 25,25,30,30

Squats are feeling great lately even tho I have some
Popping in the left knee

Subd man. I coached college and high school ball "on the side" for a couple seasons... It takes OVER! I had to stop. I'll be enjoying following along! I injured my abs and psoas deadlifting last summer. I feel your pain I miss Those heavy pull days!

College football pretty much destroyed my body so I'm thankful I'm still able to bench and squat! Thanks for the follow man

Time to see just what our Demigodnation is made of!!!

Painful pump! In a good way of course. Overall great workout!
Rack deads 6 sets x 4 reps:405
DB row 4x8-12: 80,90,100,110 drop set 65x12
Lat pulldown 4x12,12,10,8:130,140,170,180 drop set 120x8 drop 60x12
Back extensions 4x12: bw,20,20,20
DB curl 3x12: 25,30,30
EZ curl: (weight on bar only) 20,40,60,60
Hi cable curls 4x10: 30,40,40,50 drop set 30x10

After my last set of cable curls it was painful! I loved it but I don't think I would dose 6 everyday, I think I'll stick
To the 4 a day and more than likely go 6 every back/bicep day.

Usually go 4 but figured what the hell its bicep day, let's get freaky, loved the way my biceps looked during high cable curls

Feeling a little fat lately so I will start to put in one or two cardio sessions , not always running or sprints.

Today's
Kettle bell swings: 12x12 @ 53lbs kettle bell
Battle ropes: 15sec on 30sec off for 5 min
Tire flips: 10 sets 9 flips, 1 min rest

Felt good to do some of this! I'm sitting somewhere between 255-260, would eventually like to get down to 230 again, what I played college football at

Wicked pump at the end! Will try to get another workout in this week but heading out of town for my older brothers wedding, Columbia Missouri here I come!

Alright guys had an absolute blast at my brothers wedding but I was ready to get back to the gym today, my program has changed slightly for 2 reasons, 1. Football season is starting and as a coach my time is limited so I will be switching to a three times a week program and 2. I want to start throwing in some deadlifts again so I will be starting that with somewhat light weight

Today workout was solid and my pump was absolutely sick as always, I am pumped everywhere including muscles that weren't directly hit.

Hang cleans 3x3: 185
Front squats 2x5: 235
Deadlifts 2x5: 285
BB Rows 3x5: 185,205,225
Lat pull down 3x10: forgot to write down
DB RDL 3x6: 45,50,55

Again all pretty light as it's the first week of a new program while including some back work after coming off an injury, overall was a great workout and I look forward to getting my deadlifts back up!

Also have another bottle of rad on the way, will be running another 4 weeks and running the hydro3 10 more weeks

Hit a great bench workout, popped 6 just cuz I love the pump, stacked it with nutrex out lift which I must say I actually am enjoying so far.

Bench: work up to 1 rep at 315, 6 sets of 6 @ 275
Bicep movement 3x10
Tricep movement 3x10
Front DB raise 3x10: 25,30,35

Maybe an OL REP can chime in, but I was wondering what benefits would hydro3 have taken even on off days?

HYDRO3 seeks to improve an individuals:

Blood Supply to muscles, blood pressure, recovery due to less restricted blood flow, and the endurance effect eehhh I could try to broscience that but I not Increasing endurance on your off day would be a cumulative effect because of work and supplementation prior, if anything I would expect the addition of HYDRO3 on an off day to "keep" that going.

If there is anything that stands above all especially on the day off you MUST HYDRATE!!! Drink often and 5-8 second drinking counts add up real quick. I get one hell of a pump for hours during my normal day after having to miss the gym twice after taken HYDRO3 PWO. HYDRATION over everything to make this product truly shine.

Appreciate it! I've been dosing on workout days only, will start to include it every day from now on

My pump gets better every day! Sick workout today, seeing veins I've never seen before, nothing better that veining out everywhere at 260

Bench 3x8: 225
Squat 5x5: 315
Shoulder press 3x5: 75,80,80

Triceps ext 4x20: 75,90,105,120

Sick pump by the end of it, really starting to see more muscle and definition in my outer pecs
