It sounds like you know how to calculate TDEE and pick a macro ratio that works for you. Keep up the good work. I would personally lower the carbs and up the fat a bit for cutting, but that's me.

I don't like cutting kcals too much, so what I do when cutting is add cardio. For example, your TDEE will go down as you lose weight. Instead of reducing calories further, add in a 25 minute HIIT cardio session in the morning after taking alphamine. I can burn anywhere from an additional 150-350 calories easily doing this and I feel AMAZING afterwards. Best way to start the day, mentally and physically, imho.
